Maximum availability of the guide, useful tips, unexpected stops and great travel companion. Comfortable van!
We had the most wonderful day with Andrea. The tour he planned for us was absolutely perfect and allowed us to see all the highlights of Lofoten with amazing photo stops and experiences. He was so knowledgable and fun to spend the day with. We cannot recommend this tour company enough, thank you.
This is a brilliant tour greatly enhanced by our excellent guide Eric. Stunning landscapes around every corner . One of the most beautiful places on the planet. Highly recommend this tour to anyone particularly if you want a personalised private tour experience
What a highlight of our whole one-month trip in Norway! The scenery was outstanding, of course. But so was the guide Andrea. He did everything possible to make our day perfect in every way. I wanted to take a hike and he found a place that was not too challenging but definitely got us off the beaten path and into the wild landscape. AND when I got my shoes wet, his wife met us at the trailhead with dry socks and shoes to borrow (a surprise for me!). There is really nothing quite like having a private guide who knows the terrain, the history, the special places!
Our trip was very, very good, the guide was very patient and explained to us, very friendly. I had to lie down with a stomach bug, and the guide took care of me, and my friend left his things in the guide's car, and he delivered them to Tromsø, thank you very much!
Andrea is fantastic tour guide. He is funny , well spoken and extremely well behaved. We had the best time in our life today. Thanks andrea
It was an amazing experience to see so much of the Lofoten islands in such a short time! Damiano has an expert knowledge of the region's history and was really nice to chat with during the drive. His expert driving skills on icy and sometimes difficult road condition was obviously very appreciated. When the road was temporarily closed, he resourcefully changed the itinerary to include hidden spots that I otherwise would not have got to see and drove extra hours to make sure I did not miss the locations initially planned to visit. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Lofoten islands, especially those who wish to see as much as possible in a single day!
Damiano and Andrea were great in arranging the trip, Very informative, I really enjoyed! Will strongly recommend to to any one!!
Showery weather is awkward when you do not know what to wear but when the rain is interrupted by sunshine you get RAINBOWS. A natural spectacle of weather which makes everyone happy. I got that many times on my day trip to see the beauty of this archipelago guided by an excellent English speaking guide who knows his countryside and wildlife. The price is high (as everything is in Norway for Britons) but tales of BBC Wildlife teams and hands-on anecdotes keep the commentary flowing with interest. Had a day to remember for the rest of my life!
