Our guide was excellent, shared so much background history as we went on our walk. We stopped fairly often to listen to the history, insights into the culture, famous Slovenians, influences on the development of the country. If you like these kinds of information, then this tour is for you. If you're looking for a tour that's mostly walking around, you may feel that you're not moving as much as you anticipated. It's really what you're looking for. My group enjoyed all the information and when we explored the city ourselves after the tour, we could remember what we learned. It gave us a deeper appreciation of the city.

Interesting tour. Odd that visit to castle not included
