Lisbon : Sintra Town,Pena Palace, Moorish Castle& Quinta Regaleira （リスボン）

Neel was exceptional. I need to repeat that exceptional. He went so completely beyond and is the best guide we have ever had, from helping with moody teens, taking amazing photos and videos to making sure we seen and experienced everything Sintra had to offer. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. Not even only with my family, you see how he interacts with the people around him. From saying hi to babies, talking to the staff at the locations and store owners. He is embedded, invested and proud of his country. It shows in his attitude, his passion to pass on this history and a how hard he works. We will definitely book him again and recommend him to our friends and colleagues that are coming in the fall to Portugal. You will not be disappointed.

Our guide (Mr. Fantastic) was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about Lisbon’s history and culture. He shared interesting insights and stories at each stop, which made the experience much more engaging and meaningful. We highly recommend it to anyone wanting to see multiple highlights of Lisbon in a smooth, enjoyable way!

This was a great tour. Our guide Hossain was an excellent host. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information along the tour. Doing the tour through Viator had its perks as we were able to advance to the front of the line at Pena Palace, saving a lot of time. Hossain was also very flexible, and allowed us to change the itinerary since it was a private tour. Great tour, great day. Thanks Hossain.

We were scheduled to be picked up at our hotel, the driver never showed up. When we contacted the agency they said they had been to the hotel, insisted that we were being untruthful. Said they had call/texted 5 times, which was incorrect. Thank goodness we were able to contact another tour guide and get on their schedule, otherwise we would have had a wasted day!

We had an amazing time on this tour with our tour guide, Neel, who told us so many information about the history of the area. The moorish castle was very cool and Pena palace was pretty while the Regilera tunnels were so interesting. I very much recommend this tour and Neel is an amazing tour guide!

We had a phenomenal day with Mr. fantastic! This was one of the only tours that we could find that would do the Moorish Castle, Pena Palace, AND Quinta Regaleira. We really appreciated the knowledgeable guide and very smooth logistics of the entire day. We got to see all the sights we wanted in Sintra. The great views and ruins of the Moorish Castle were spectacular. Then, we got to go to the Pena Palace, which our guide was able to deftly navigate the lines, and held our place while we ate at the cafe. We also had a good lunch with a helpful recommendation from Mr. Fantastic. Overall an amazing experience which we would not have been able to do in one day otherwise. Highly recommend!!

The day is full so you need a guide who understand the crowds and what to do when and where. Between Pena Palace, Santa, Moorish Castle, all was completed and avoided big crowds. NAYEM was Awesome!!!
