German, our round trip airport/ hotel transfer driver was so kind and knowledgeable. He shared much information about the province of Guanacaste and we enjoyed our ride. He also stop for us to use the restroom and get a snack. He offered us water. The service was smooth and there was no issues at all. Very happy we chose this service. Thank you !

Luis was great. Humorous and informative. He even stopped for us to get a snack as they had run out of meals on the plane down.

The description is very deceiving! It was NOT the vehicle pictured but an old pick up truck. The driver did not speak any English yet the posting says English Guide. We could have ordered an Uber for less $ and same experience.

This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and needed transportation from the airport to our hotel which was almost 2 hours away. They picked us up promptly giving us a text of our driver’s name and phone number. I confirmed the ride back and they provided the same info to us. We were very pleased with the service they provided.

Driver never called or showed up. I was left waiting at the airport after prepaying for the service. Viator tried to help. Neither of us were able to reach the vendor. Many other drivers swarmed me wanting to sell their services. I ended up getting a refund from Viator since they could not reach the vendor or find an alternate for me. It was inexcusable! The refund from Viator did not cover the extra $50 I had to pay for a reputable vendor at the airport. Buyer beware when arriving at Liberia Airport. One man tried to convince me to go to the mini mart for a driver there. Just horrible. The airport staff was very helpful, including the airport ambassador. I have been all over the world with Viator drivers through the years. This was the first time I had a true no show, having waited over an hour. I have had a couple of bad drivers before, but by and large they are a good vendor.
