Our driver was really good professional. The vehicle was clean and accommodated all of our luggage and gave us insight of the country.

The only questionable thing is when we got in the van the driver insisted we give the guy who put our bags in the van a tip. One person said they didn’t have cash and he still demanded a tip. Luckily I had cash on me and I gave him all the cash in my wallet. We’re so felt pressured to tip as if he wouldn’t drive off if we didn’t.

Keillor was great! Pick up was right on time and easy and the drive was comfortable. He also showed us some interesting sights along the way. He speaks excellent English and was patient when we tried to practice our español!

The driver was there with her son and her little Hyundai car, not the van I paid for. Not water for weary travelers as was advertised. If we had one more bag, it would not have fit.

I was disappointed by the Hotel, we stayed three days and could not reserve the Japanese kitchen area, for Italian à la carte restaurant we had to wait 4 hours and in the end some disappointing pasta, in the seafood we tired of waiting although there were empty tables. There are no staff. We wanted to celebrate our 60th birthday. There were no details like before. The hotel was overcrowded safely by seasonal promotions, we were in some beach chairs we got up for a moment and a boisterous group took it from us. We'd line up at the buffet and we'd get groups. Very poor entertainment activities. The only thing that saved us was belonging to UNLIMITID VACATION CLUB. With the advantages of belonging to them the deal, drinks and space were different.

Keilor is extremely nice and very professional. When we arrived at the airport in Liberia, he was waiting for us right outside the doors. Took our bags, offered control of the air conditioner and radio. He provided great commentary on the country during our nearly two hour drive to the hotel. He pointed out a number monuments and local details, stopping to take great pictures whenever we requested. We couldn’t ask for a better driver. When it came time to head back to the airport, he was easy to reach on WhatsApp and we confirmed our meeting time with no problems. He also operates a boat for fishing and sunset trips and we plan on using those services on our next trip to Costa Rica! We had zero issues with our booking. Highly recommend!!

Everything from booking to getting picked up went smoothly with Keilor (our driver) and his son. The Van was clean and comfortable, and Keilor and his son were very friendly and gave us good tips and suggestions of what to do in CR, as it was our first time visiting.
