Shalom Travel took care of us from the moment we landed at Liberia International Airport until it was time to head home. They picked us up at LIR, drove us to our condo, handled our transportation throughout the week, and got us back to the airport at the end of the trip. Having that part completely taken care of made the whole vacation so much easier. We packed a lot into one week. We spent time at Coco Beach, experienced Costa Rican Independence Day with a local parade and festival, visited waterfalls and a volcano, went horseback riding, had a traditional Costa Rican lunch, zip-lined through Monteverde, walked the hanging bridges in the cloud forest, took the scenic drive toward Flamingo, surfed in Tamarindo, watched the sunset over dinner, and finished the trip with a relaxing river boat safari where we got to see wildlife. One of my favorite days was the trip through Monteverde. The cloud forest was unlike anything I had ever experienced. Tamarindo was another highlight. We got to surf, eat, and just enjoy the coast before ending the day with dinner at Father Rooster. Jorge was an excellent guide throughout the trip. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything feel relaxed and personal. Our drivers, Manrique, David, and Gershwin, were all dependable and professional. They even helped us handle different schedules when one person in our group had to leave early for the airport while the rest of us continued with the day’s activities. What I appreciated most was that Shalom Travel didn’t just get us from place to place. They helped make the entire week flow smoothly, and they gave us a chance to experience so many different sides of Costa Rica. From the beaches of Guanacaste to waterfalls, volcanoes, wildlife, surfing, and the cloud forest of Monteverde, this was an incredible trip. I already know I want to come back to Costa Rica, and I would absolutely use Shalom Travel again. Awesome transportation very professional!

Jorge and his team had us covered from start to finish. Communication was easy, they were always on time, and they were endlessly knowledgeable about Costa Rica and thier communities. Jorge and his staff made traveling throughout Costa Rica incredibly relaxing, comfortable, and stress-free. I felt safe using Shalom Travel to get around the country with my family, and next time we visit, we’ll absolutely book our tours directly through Shalom as well. Every driver we had was not only professional and friendly, but also an amazing tour guide who made the experience more special. We had an incredible experience throughout Costa Rica, but Jorge and Shalom Travel truly stood out. We couldn’t recommend them more highly and will definitely be using them again on our next trip! Shalom Travel was awesome! Very courteous and punctual. They arrived to pick me up well before the required time and were very patient. Communication was fast and clear. The vehicles were clean and the drivers helpful and friendly. They looked for you upon arriving to the airport with a sign. They made traveling around another country one less thing to stress about. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by our driver as planned. The 7 of us loaded into the comfortable van and we headed towards our VRBO in Tamarindo. The driver kindly stopped at a store so we could buy some basic food and beverages. All went well and we arrived safely!!

They were at the airport waiting on us even though our flight was at least two hours behind schedule

The airport shuttle was very professional, clean and spacious. It was very easy to find the driver upon arrival and he was very attentive and friendly.

Jorge and his team were very professional, timely, and communication was top notch. We had a slight mixup with our pickup location ( my fault when booking) and Jorge was quick to correct it and we got picked up on plenty of time to get to the airport.
