Family owned company. We were driven from airport to RIU privately by chance. Kaylor was friendly, informative and conversational. Will use their services again!

The driver was kind. He got us to our destination even with a lot of traffic. Here is our issue…. The Viator Company. They do not stand by what they communicate to their customers over the phone or a text chat. The representative Neil Isaac A completely lied to us. He told us our transfer was round trip to the resort. I asked him to verify via text and I have confirmation that it was round trip. Once we got to the resort a few days later, I called to verify the reservation transfer. I was told even though Viator has text confirmation that their representative Neil Isaac told us it is round trip they are now saying they admit he was wrong and that we need to pay more money for an additional transfer ticket. I’m blown away by, they admit he is wrong, I have text proof which they can see on their end, and they still want to charge us.. Wow… be aware of this as future customers please!

My driver was excellent, patiently waiting while I collected my belongings and even helping with my luggage. I will definitely choose them again.

Small crowd in offseason made for an enjoyable stay. Food, service was great. Security to take care of the drunken women was exceptional. Grounds were well maintained. Pool activities were fun. Day trips could be booked. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The only issue was that I booked with Direct Travel, Stamford, CT, office, who was unsavory as they OVERCHARGED me $700. They spun their explanation into a knot. While I recommend the RIU property, PLEASE, PLEASE, NEVER USE DIRECT TRAVEL for any travel needs. Remember, LOVETT, LEAVE IT!!

I had a great experience. I accidentally booked for the wrong day and they accommodated the change. During the ride he was friendly and knowledgeable. He actually stopped for my daughter to get food. I would highly recommend.

Kylor was an outstanding shuttle driver. He was punctual ,professional, and incredibly courteous from start to finish. We were happy that he will also be our driver on the return trip to the airport. Thank you, Kylor, for making our experience stress-free and enjoyable!
