My driver was awesome. With all the chaos of picking up travelers from the 5th busiest airports. He was able to spot me and my family. Very kind and pleasant. He provided me with some local restaurants to dine at. Thank you!
It was great to have someone meet us and help both navigate the airport and get us through traffic to get downtown to our hotel.
On time and very comfortable experience and knew a good bit of information. Extremely helpful with luggage
No one showed up for this Meet and Greet. We called the # provided and he could not find our reservation, booking confirmation, or ticket number that we provided to him. After 20 minutes, transferred us to a supervisor but no answer. Said “leave a message”. We did, but never received a return call.Ended up taking an Uber for 30% less than we were charged for the service by Viator.
Driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and destinations. It was our first time in London and she gave us very good advice.
We were left abandoned at the airport because the driver said he could not take our luggage. We are two people traveling and we each had two suitcases and a carry on as we were traveling for 3 weeks. This driver called his company and we were told we were on our own. Neither this company nor Viator offered any assistance to us to arrange any other transportation. I have received notice from Viator regarding a partial refund but they have listed the refund as if it was from a different booking that we did not have any issues with.
Hi, We are sorry for the bad experience you had with our service but we would like to highlight the following. As per information available on the product page, "any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking." From your own words you were traveling with excess luggage . The vehicles are sent to the passengers according to the amount of passengers traveling and taking in consideration this allowance per person. Unfortunately no contact was made to us prior to the transfer to let us know of the excess luggage otherwise steps would have been taken in order to accommodated passengers and luggage. All services are pre booked and subject to availability. At the time of your arrival there was no other vehicle available so we could not offer the option for you to re book on a bigger vehicle.
Once driver arrived went smoothly. We did have to wait a bit after baggage collection which was a little stressful. Overall though we got to our hotel safe and sound.
Driver was late with pick up and he seemed unstable with his driving. He had to pull oVer and take a break. It was a scary experience.
