The guide was not engaging and repeated the same information regarding the fire. The length of the stops were disproportionate. Too much time at the lighthouse and not enough time at the Sunmore Museum. The van was comfortable and the small tour size was great.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry that parts of the tour did not fully meet your expectations. Unfortunately, I experienced a temporary issue with the microphone during the tour, which meant that some guests did not hear all the information the first time. Once the issue was resolved, I repeated some of the information at the request of guests who had missed it. I understand that this may have felt repetitive to others, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding the stops, we normally allow approximately 45 minutes at Alnes Lighthouse and 30 minutes at the Sunnmøre Museum. On this particular tour, some guests returned later than the agreed meeting time at Alnes, which affected the timing of the remaining stops. I appreciate your comments and will use your feedback to continue improving the experience for future guests. Rolf was an amazing tour guide. As a local he was a wealth of knowledge about all the sites we visited. We felt he loved Alesund and wanted to share as much as possible. Very comfortable riding in his van.

An excellent idea to see the main points of interest in the beautiful Ålesund. The itinerary was smart and complete, the van very comfortable and Rolf, our guide and driver (excellent, thank you, I'm prone to carsickness), has been very good at sharing with us plenty of historical and architectural information. It was an easy meet up at the cruise ship pier. The van was comfortable and Rolf was great. We hit most of the major cites plus a couple more. Highly recommend.

One of our favorite excursions during our 14 day cruise. You can tell how much time and thought were put into this tour by Ralph, our guide, to make it perfect! He takes you to all kinds of hidden gems and plans his stops so you miss the big crowds! Bonus is the immaculate, small bus (which means small group) tour! Well organized from the very beginning where he picked us up from our cruise port. 5 ⭐️ all around! You will not be disappointed!

The guide is very knowledgeable about the area, the small size of the van (16 persons capacity) makes the experience more intimate and it is very comfortable for the participants and the time allocated in each stop is well balanced with no pressure for leaving fast. Overall a very enjoyable tour.
