I was really surprised by our experience after reading all of the positive reviews of this place. I booked our tour on Wed. Immediately after receiving the confirmation email we were told the kayaks only hold 385 lbs and if we would be over the limit to let them know “within an hour of booking.” I texted the number it listed immediately, no response. The next day I tried calling and the answering machine said they were too busy to ever answer the phone and the best bet was to text them, so I texted again. No response. I also emailed the support email listed and it was returned as an invalid address. I told the customer service on the text, no response. By Friday, I texted again and finally got a response that said they don’t check the boat list until the day of the tour, but they’d make sure we had our own kayaks. The night of - we were told to park in a specific place and make sure you pay. Then we overheard the guides tell another family not to bother paying to park, it didn’t matter. The email said you must get there a minimum of 20 min before your trip, but there was no signage or anyone waiting to make sure you’re in the right place or check you in. The guides seemed to be struggling to find a life jacket for everyone and didn’t have enough of the right size for everyone in our group. We received a short tutorial on paddling, but zero instruction on safety or what to do if you fall out of your boat. This is pretty standard safety protocol for companies, even if the likelihood of tipping over is small. I was surprised with the number of kids in our group it wasn’t even mentioned. My husband and I exceeded the maximum boat capacity, but the guide tried to put us in a kayak together and said, “it’s probably fine.” We had just watched another couple come in where the person in the back was soaked and they were barely above water. I insisted on getting my own kayak, as we had already been told by the company the day before. The email also said to bring your phone and an ear piece/headphones bc you’d be listening to the guide via conference call, which never happened. Our guide, who never introduced himself, just paddled away and was talking to the one or two kayaks at the front, but no one else could hear him. We went on a short trip to a mangrove tunnel, while some boats went in, the others just floated around. Then we fed some catfish. And that was it! Definitely not worth $65/person in my opinion. I got a couple of neat pics, but the whole thing was very unprofessional, very short, and we did not really hear anything from either of our guides. The guide in the rear (also never said his name) was nice. He would take pics of you if you wanted but didn’t say much of anything else. The kids who went seemed to have a lot of fun when the fish showed up. If you’ve never been kayaking and have kids who want to see fish in the dark, it might be fun. But it didn’t live up to most of the rafting/kayaking experiences we have had in the past. From customer service to experience, I can’t say I’d recommend this company to travelers. If we visit again, we’d probably just rent a kayak or SUP and take ourselves out.

We had such a great time. It was a peaceful night paddle and feeding the fish was so fun. The only recommendation would be to bring bug spray. The mosquitoes are viscous.

This was a wonderful experience for us. My 14 year old.had never been in a kayak. The guide was helpful and patient. He shared tons of information about the area, which we really liked. The trip was beautiful and peaceful. We will take more family when they come in to visit.

Event was cancelled due to weather, understandable. Tour operator says I must contact Viator for refund. Found no way to contact them on website. This is my only avenue to receive my $186 refund.

Booked a trip, it was cancelled by the company. Been trying to get a refund on our trip. No one responds to our text and no one answers the phone. Would not book with them again

We had such a fantastic and relaxing time. We saw many fish and learned about the environment from the tour guides, who are super chill. The glass-bottom kayaks were a really cool addition! Id recommend this to anyone looking for something different unique to do!

Fun experience going out at night on the intercoastal waterway. We had very calm water and a very low tide. Kayaked next to the mangroves, saw a few night heron and conch shells, and fed the catfish!

The guides were great very informative.. The experience itself was awesome . We saw lots of fish and dolphins.

Unique experience. We came after a cold front moved through so the fish activity was low, however, it was still fun and enjoyable.
