The ride from LAX to the hotel was perfect. The driver came quickly, negotiated traffic professionally and dropped us off at our hotel without a glitch. It was easy to retrieve our luggage, step outside and have our ride there
Late pick up, Drive lost for 15-20 mins, unable to make a stop (did know any location for store), argumentative- I finally tried of him to not talk to me - in car for almost 1.5 hr, on a 30 min ride
Driver was exactly where he was supposed to be, waiting for us to come out of the terminal. He was friendly and gave us some advice about the hotel area we were staying at
The driver did not speak. He had the wrong date and we had to pay double. Not personable at all. Something was biting my legs all the way to the hotel.
Brilliant service, excellent communication and instruction for collection from the airport. All very smooth!
Dear Guest, Thank you for your valuable comment. We are glad that you had such a wonderful experience. Kind Regards
Great service and great prices. They communicate with you very well. I received up to date notices to remind me of my travel plans.

Our driver kept in contact with us and arrived on time for our late flight pickup from the airport. He sent a picture of his vehicle so we would know what to look for. Plus if you like a non-conversationalist, Henry is your man. Suited us fine as we were tired!

Driver was good with communication about where to meet and sent a picture of his car & license plate.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your valuable comment. We are glad that you had such a wonderful experience. Kind Regards
The ride was fine, but there was an upcharge to get picked up curbside, rather than at the Uber lot (which is far away, at LAX). And it's a "cash only" upcharge, if you know what I mean.

Good communication the day before as well as the day of the flight. Clean van. Fast pickup at curb. 9 adults plus luggage all traveled comfortably.
