Trip was just OK not great
We should’ve used curbside pick up instead of at baggage Claim claim because we had to walk so far to get to the car and had trouble keeping up with her driver

Good service.
The driver wait for me, although the imigration procedures last more than 1 hour and half. Just one negative detail: he write my name in his smartphone. Impossible to see it.

Huge airport
Private transfer arranged was fantastic. Guy came into baggage reclaim to meet us. Lots of traffic every which way though. Airport itself seemed really well organised. Impressive for such a large airport!

Driver Review
Driver was on time and very friendly. He helped us to get our baggage and was very helpful. While driving us to our hotel he explained what was happening in LA.

Late and inept driver
Older couple traveling. The driver was late, was not there to greet us, and instead of trying to find us, he made us find him. Our luggage was not secure and the trunk flew open and we had to stop in traffic to close it.
