Last year driver never showed up never received refund. This time driver was rude and I had to wait for him. I thought I was paying for a service. I should have just called an uber which is what I will do next time. Not happy with service.
I could give this company zero stars I would. They screwed up our transfer time and refused to adjust it. We ultimately paid over for a glorified lift service that we never received in the company refused to refund our money. I wish I could dispute my charge, but it was booked through Expedia with my air flight and hotel so I have no choice but to eat the fee. As a business owner myself, I find it completely unacceptable to treat customers like this. I know this review is going to fall on deaf ears, and the company won’t do anything about it that you’ve been warned
I was never picked up the wheelchair person told me the pool number and it was finally corrected to the pole number. I driver refused to pick me up very strange.
We only been here overnight a short night but our experience has been great .looking forward to the rest of our stay.
If I could give less than one, I would. Paid for a roundtrip, no one has responded to schedule my return tomorrow. No contact information , very frustrating

Text driver when landed, still arrived late. Offered a free ride to make up for lateness but did not deliver
