It was an easy ride from the airport. Our driver was friendly and found us at baggage claim. Then it’s a short walk to the parking garage and you’re on your way.

My driver received incorrect information about my flight. The company tried to blame me and suggested that i had changed my flight. None of which was true. They did not show up or provide the transportation I paid for and all they would do is refund 50%. Very disappointing!
Arrival airline: Jet Blue Arrival flight no: 1211 You gave us flight number 1211, which arrived at night 0:19AM not at 1:09PM we sent you many times the screenshot, but you don not understand, we explained to you so many times, so you initially gave the wrong number, when you give a flight number we only monitor it so that if there are delays we can organize the service correctly. It's your mistake, you can check on the Internet trucking systems or with the airline that this Jet Blue 1211 did not arrive during the day but arrived at night, which means you indicated the wrong flight number.

Driver was excellent. But we paid for a private SUV and were provided a sedan. No refund back and no response yet.

Ride was for 5 people and utility vehicle was barely big enough for the 4 with luggage. Had to walk to the parking deck with luggage to get to the vehicle. Had an Uber ride during the stay that had more room for our party and was $200 cheaper for the same distance.
It was great, we had a lot of discussion during the trip he was an experienced driver. We will get back again.
