They are good when everything is going well but no help when it goes wrong! Booked, paid and had a ticket for the 13th, awaited our pickup which failed to show, I contacted Viator via online chat. They were nice enough but just said that the person sorting out the transfer had the 14th. The booking was correct from my end. Viator’s solution was to get the transfer lady to call me, unfortunately the line was awful and there was a language barrier, however she was able to say that her booking was for the 14th. Viator offered no solution whatsoever and we had to get to the airport so had to get a taxi, bearing in mind I had collected numerous credits from using Viator for 3 other excursions my taxi would of been quite cheap but it ended up being very expensive without any explanation or solution offered by Viator so be very careful when using them.

I booked transportation from airport to hotel on a recent trip to Vegas. Our driver which picked us up from the airport was amazing and messaged me where to meet. This was not our situation leaving hotel to the airport. NO DRIVER showed up to pick us up. I contacted company who provided driver number and it was an INACTIVE number. We had hotel get us a cab and when I reached out for refund, communication with company stopped - no response

The company assigned to provide service never showed. Would have given a zero if allowed. They claimed no operator picked up the job. Never called, texted or emailed to inform us. Viator did refund the money within 30 minutes of calling, so kudos to them.

The driver Ribiero was excellent and on time!... The confirmation process was a little complicated, but it all worked out at the end!

Our flight got changed out of control because of staffing and federal mandates from united. We called as soon as we could and was informed that they had only one driver and could not change the time. We were not able to get a refund do to it being 24hrs. How am I supposed to keep the airline on time. The customer services was terrible

I was given a ticket with booking # and confirmation #. I messaged driver the day of flight to let him know that the flight was delayed and to check if they would still be able tk provide transportation. I was told that the booking was never confirmed and had been cancelled.
