Having transportation to/from the airport booked was great! The drivers were in contact immediately letting you know where you would be picked up. The drivers were very helpful.

Easy to use. Easy to find your ride and on time. Viator will provide professional driver and make sure you are comfortable.

Unfortunately, I would not use or recommend this car service again. A meet-and-greet service was not originally offered, so I messaged the company beforehand to ask if it could be added. They agreed for an additional $15, which I was happy to pay. I specifically requested that the driver meet us at baggage claim at 8:20 PM with a sign that read, “Welcome to Las Vegas Ambria: Chapter 21 Edition.” We were in communication before landing, and as soon as our plane touched down at 7:40 PM, I texted the driver to let him know we had arrived. He responded that he was on the way. I continued communicating with him throughout the entire process of getting off the plane and making our way to baggage claim. When we arrived at the baggage carousel, the driver was not there. We were left standing around waiting because he was still on his way and arrived late. At that point, there was no “meet and greet” experience at all. We had already made it to baggage claim and were simply waiting for our driver to show up. To make matters worse, when he finally arrived, the sign only had my name on it, not the personalized message I had specifically requested and paid for. I understand that delays can happen, but when an additional service is requested, confirmed, and paid for, I expect to receive that service as agreed. We did not. This was supposed to be the beginning of our daughter’s 21st birthday trip, and I specifically arranged the personalized meet and greet to make her arrival feel special. Very disappointing experience. I would not book with this company again.

Sam our driver was awesome! We were 20 min early and he was apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault! We had great conversation, he gave us great information. It was very very pleasant! The meeting location was super easy to find, communication was quick and easy. Highly recommend! I will use again and again!

We had a challenge meeting our driver at the airport in Vegas. I had reconfirmed our time and flight number with the company however our driver had the wrong info and delayed our pickup by 30 min or so. After that, the driver took us directly to our hotel. Normally this short delay would have been no problem but with an arrival time of 11:30 pm we were pretty tired.

It was a seamless experience! Booked over a month in advance and received communication before our flight to advise driver will be there at arrival time. I enjoyed not being worried about the transportation and last minute booking.

The driver communicated well with us and we had no issue connecting with our driver. Driver was friendly and enjoyed chatting with him.

International travellers should be aware that the customs and security process takes a significant amount of time in the US, and often only has two or three service desks open for approximately 300 passengers. Our experience took 75 minutes. Although we reserved a one-hour waiting package, our driver left after 70 minutes, not without telling us that wr E should have booked a two-hour waiting package. Consequently, we took an Uber for the same cost as the private transfer. Had we booked the two-hour package, the cost would have exceeded that of an Uber or a standard flat-rate taxi. We recommend this service only for passengers who do not need to use international customs and security. Was a lousy start to a bucket list trip for my 50th.
