Thanks for the ride

If using this app, proceed to ground transportation uber/lyft. I did not know. Also it would be great if driver text the area they will be waiting. My driver was nice but his freshener did not cover up the urine smell.

The worst experience I ever had getting ground transportation

You cannot find them at the airport. They do not answer their phones or emails. That’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend them for anything. The word terrible doesn’t describe it. I ended up having to get a cab.

Transporting

I was never contacted to be picked up from airport. Had disabled friend with me as airport rolled around ground 1 an 0 looking for transportation. Waiting for refund.

Never showed up- even when called

They did not show up at our arrival. When called they said they had no record and that our reservation was missing information even though we had a confirmation number and they charged my card . The taxis were amazing- just take taxis, even if you have to take a couple to accommodate your group

Mary J Bliegh concert in Vegas

Customer service is a major plus, you actually talk to a human my driver didn't send me no pickup location or didn't call me, so once I got off the plane I called customer service I was on hold for about 40 minutes but she stayed on the phone with me until my situation was handled and I had a ride.

Do not use this business

I booked transportation from the airport to my hotel in Vegas. I was sent my ticket by email. After arriving I could not locate the shared bus and no one at the airport knew anything about Viator or Ellife. I called and no one would answer. I emailed and finally they responded they could not find my hotel which was New York New York. If you run a business in Vegas how could you not know the hotels? They asked if I wanted a refund which and of course I said yes. We shall see if that happens. I spent 45 minutes trying to locate this business and finally had to book new transportation after an exhausting plane ride to get to Vegas

Half of my ride was null

Our first driver, Santos was on time and got us where we needed to be. Somehow, our return trip was set up for a 1pm pickup, which was incorrect (my flight boarded at 1215 pm), I tried to reach someone at the shuttle company multiple times, via text as well as multiple calls to correct this. The driver advised the pickup was changed to 10:45 am; I requested a 10:15 pickup and he would not do that and told me to call Elite. They told me it was too late to change it. Never mind the fact that i had tried to get an earlier time two days beforehand. I ended up having to pay for a Lyft to make sure I got to The airport early enough. I would like a 50% refund, seeing as I could not get this corrected through no fault of mine.
