The actual excursion destinations were good, however, the guide could not add much because she spoke very poor English which led to misunderstandings in conversations. After a tour in Kuala Lumpur earlier that was absolutely fantastic with a very knowledgeable guide with good knowledge of English, the expectations were high. We experienced the guide more like a driver on Lankawi.
Tour started badly but went very well. Emma, our guide was wonderful. The contact person was terrible. Starting off, Called the contact number on the reservation regarding pick up information and heard nothing but confusion. He ended up disconnecting the phone and texted me the guides number. Owner needs to be more responsible. Emma was great. However would hesitate to recommend this tour operator.
Emma our guide is awesome. She catered to our requests to find merchants for local products. We enjoyed her company.
