Thank you for your feedback. First, we would like to clarify that the service you booked is not a Land of Legends tour or a show ticket. It is solely a round-trip transfer service from your hotel to the Land of Legends venue and back at the scheduled time. Venue admission and show tickets are not included in the price you paid, and this is clearly stated in the tour description. The Land of Legends management reserves the right to change or cancel its show schedules without prior notice to travel agencies, so although very rare, situations like this can unfortunately occur. The scheduling and operation of the shows inside the venue are beyond our control. We understand your disappointment. However, the service purchased and paid for through us was solely the round-trip transfer, and this service was provided as described in the booking.
