ツアーは北アイスランドの首都アークレイリから始まります。港でお迎えし、全員が乗船したらツアーを開始します。
ゴーダフォスの滝は北アイスランドで非常に人気のある目的地です。スキャルファンダフリョート氷河川に位置し、下の峡谷を約 12 メートル滝状に流れています。
スクトゥスタジルのクレーター列。湖のとても素晴らしい景色が見えます。ミーヴァトン湖自然保護区の情報センターでもあります。
ディムボルギルの溶岩原。約2300年前にマグマの礁湖で形成されました。溶岩の形成は時が止まったトロールのように見えるため、神話や民間伝承の源となっています。
クヴェリル畑の沸騰する泥の池。湯気が立つ噴気孔と別の景色。
ミーヴァトン湖周辺で美しい一日を過ごした後、アークレイリに戻ります。ドライブは約1時間です。

Too much spent waiting for a restroom leaving little time for the attractions. Tourist infrastructure needs improvement.
Sarah was a fantastic tour guide. The sites are fantastic. A few minor issues we experienced: - our bus did not have WiFi as advertised. - the bus we were in (which appeared to be for overflow given lack of WiFi) was smaller but a bit cramped. - a few of the stops have an issue with midges. Not the tour's fault of course but we recommend a bug net.
Loved it! Tour guide was excellent, sights were amazing! Could have spent hours in the park, will definitely go back!
We enjoyed the sites and our guide, but the midges were terrible and it would have been nice to have had advance notice that others on the tour and with other groups that day had. Offering netting would really have improved the experience. Those flies are nasty and a real bother!
Tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed his talks of the hidden people and stories
Michael was a fantastic tour guide. He provided lots of knowledge at each and every stop and even in between while headed to our next stop. He was easy to understand and very pleasant to talk with at the stops. Arnar, our bus driver was wonderful as well. He told us of some of the local customs and such. Aevar & Boas Dalvik bus lines was fantastic and very clean.
Very beautiful area to visit. Geysers, waterfalls and other wonders of the Iceland!! We enjoyed very much!!!
This trip was brilliant and the amount of geothermal things we saw and the scenery was stunning. We had Dabba as our local guide and she drove the minibus. Dabba is from Akureyi and she gave us so much interesting and useful information, it was brilliant! Dabba also gave us a little tour of parts of Akureyi on route which was lovely to see. We did this tour which picked us up and dropped us back to our cruise ship. We saw the pseudocraters, lava fields of Dimmuborgir, Hverir geothermal area with its bubbling mud pools, steaming fumaroles and a landscape like the moon was amazing. The strong smell of sulphur is not very nice! We also went to Godafoss waterfall that was beautiful with its glacial water. It was lovely that a stop at a cafe in Godafoss for coffee and a treat was included in the tour and a welcome break. We felt the trip was well worth the money and experience. It would have been good to have had a little bit longer in each place but knew timings had to be strict as we all had to get back to our cruise ship.
We seen a lot of fascinating places and learn interesting details. Our tour guide was very informative and entertaining.
Engaging, knowledgeable tour guide, Aitana, (originally from Valencia Spain!) The lake was beautiful. Glad we had our insect head nets to protect us from midges. Walked amid amazing rock formations, troll caves, boiling lava pots. Had great snack of traditional brown bread (24-hour earth-baked) with smoked trout. Magnificent Godafoss waterfall! Tour included cuppa tea and a sweet pastry at Godafoss Hotel. Time at end of tour to walk around Akureyri. Highly recommend.
