A great first time Zipline experience. Allan our main guy was fun and awesome. The lunch was very nice right next to Sloth Park, our guides to waterfall were very friendly and pleasant. The waterfall was beautiful and amazing.
Did zipline first which was great fun. The guides were brilliant and made you feel very safe. Saw a yellow chested toucan which was cool. Lunch was yum. Then went to the waterfall with our guide Jose. He was lovely and helped us spot a sloth with a baby, so cute! Ensured a smooth entrance and took some pics for us as well as look after our stuff while we were in the water. He was brilliant. The waterfall was great fun and so beautiful. Had a great day!!
We started with a visit to the magestic Fortuna Waterfall, incredible views and the chance to swim on this pristine river. After a couple of hours the guide take us to where the zip line starts, once you get the gear, other minibus drop you at the first tower. In total, 9 cables and 10 towers. We have a 9 years old kid, and I must say we felt save with the professional guides. Full Fun!
This was an amazing adventure. All the staff were incredible. The meal we had after zip lining was incredibly delicious. My entire family really enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend. Easy to find in La Fortuna.
Isaac was wonderful on the LaFortuna waterfall tour. He was our favorite guide of our entire trip. He was so funny, energetic and very knowledgeable. The waterfall is a must do experience, so cool and so much fun. Everyone in our family loved it. The airtime zip line tour was just fine, felt safe but felt rushed. I felt like our group was too big. We had to wait at each platform. Lunch was decent, nothing great, but food came quickly. Meat (chicken pork or fish) with beans and rice.

Neifryn was an excellent guide, very friendly and entertaining, the coffee, chocolate and cane tour ended with a delicious cocktail, I recommend it
The tour was nice, the photos at the waterfall and the volcano were beautiful. Agustín was excellent as a tour guide, very friendly, he explained the Spanish and English languages well, the Photographer took good photos and the minibus driver. Excellent tour, I recommend it.
Raulito is my new son. I adopted him the moment we stepped on his fun bus. He is so full of loving kindness and joyful wonder for the splendor of Arenal volcano and jungle. He took us to places that we never would have witnessed if not for him. We felt safe, well fed and challenged to push ourselves and experience the most this awesome tour has to offer. Raul knows which rock to turn to find the most colorful snake and what tree attracts the most sloths. His face is stuck in a permanent bright smile and his energy will help you climb to the top of the volcano! Thank you for a day our family will never forget!
