We arrived quickly, the car was in good condition, and the transfer was excellent. Since we were the only passengers, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel nearby instead of the official drop-off point, and they kindly agreed. Thank you, it was a big help. On the downside, it was a bit difficult to find the meeting point in Kutaisi, as there was no sign at the given address – in fact, the address belongs to a Wendy’s restaurant. Another negative was that the company tried to reschedule our transfer to a later time the night before, but we did not accept this.
Had a great experience transferring from Kutaisi to Tbilisi with Giga today. He is safe and efficient and dropped me at my accommodation, even though it was outside the central area. Greatly appreciated
My son and I ended up.being the only 2 people using the transfer service. Was really smooth and the driver was experienced and friendly who we felt very safe with. The car Was a very modern station wagon extremely comfortable.
