From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and taken to the train station. Our driver explained what to do when we came back this evening to get back to our hotel and the took us to our seats. When we got to Busan, Mira met us as we got off the train. She was so welcoming and friendly and as we began talking, I explained to her that I am a Korean adoptee - born in Busan and this was my first time to Busan since then. She made this special day absolutely unforgettable. She showed us around and gave us time to take it all in. She never made us feel rushed and she took so many pictures for us! One of the coolest parts for us was at the Jalgachi Market - eating lunch and then walking around after - so glad we waited til we were in Busan to buy hotteok! Honestly Mira made us feel so comfortable throughout the day, on our way back to Seoul, my husband and I discussed how we felt like we were spending the day visiting with a friend. 미라, 감사합니다!

Young was, without a doubt, the best tour guide I could have asked for! I booked a private tour from Seoul to Busan by bullet train, and he made the entire experience seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable for me and my friend. Along the way, he shared fascinating insights into Korea’s history, culture, traditions, and daily life that you simply wouldn’t get from traveling on your own. The high-speed train ride itself was an incredible experience, and exploring Busan with Young made it even more memorable. It was so helpful to have the pick up and drop off guides walk us down and onto the train.

The staff really were efficient from hotel pick up to KTx station. Once in Busan, Mr. Choi, Eun yo( not sure of spelling) guided us and showed and talked to us about Busan history. This added more to our knowledge of Korean History which was wonderful. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. He went above and beyond helping us with food choices at the fish market which we truly enjoyed, and buying souvenirs. Food was great. I recommend this experience. It was a private tour.

I wish I was able to spend more time in Busan. A day tour wasn’t enough to see all the sites. Min, our tour guide was amazing. Highly recommend!

They picked us up at the hotel on time, took us to the train station and accompanied us to the seats inside the train 🙂 (we are seniors). Min was waiting for us with a sign when we arrived at the Busan station. She took us to all the places listed on the itinerary. She also took us to a Korean restaurant which had amazing food. At the end of day took us to train station and accompanied us to train. Overall she made us feel like family.

We had a wonderful day spent on our tour to Busan by bullet train! Our guide Mira was the best and very thankful for making this trip very memorable for our family! She gave us very detailed information of all the places we visited from Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Haeundae Beach, Gamcheon Culture Villgage, Jagalchi Fish Market, etc. and it was truly a great experience! Wanted to thank Mira for making sure we were always safe and made sure we were always on schedule to the next destination and also helped snap many wonderful pictures along the way! We really appreciated having an awesome tour guide (Mira) for our family and this made our S. Korea trip very memorable in tour Busan for the day! We would definitely come back again!
