Our pick up was very early (and the van was 20+ minutes late), and we drove around for hours before actually hitting the road. The van was ok for some but not for others. Some seating had ample space and others crunched with little to no leg space. Better hope you can get a good seat. The trip is advertised as 10 hours but took us 12+ hours. The driver on Malaysia side (2nd van) was kind.
