Terrible experience. I was sold an excursion for a location not accessible to the cruise ship I was on. The excursion was 2 1/2 hours away from the cruise stop.
Dear Terry If I were in your position, I would be embarrassed to write a review like this without mentioning the full circumstances. You booked a tour in Kotor, but your cruise ship changed its itinerary and docked in Bar instead, which is approximately 60 km from Kotor. Unfortunately, this was completely outside of our control and certainly not something we were responsible for. What you also failed to mention is that you received a full refund, even though we were not obligated to provide one under our cancellation policy. We always do our best to accommodate our guests, even when circumstances change unexpectedly. Unfortunately, as in any business, there is a very small percentage of customers who are impossible to satisfy. Fortunately, you are part of that very small 1% — and we are happy to have played a small part in making your review more memorable and, perhaps, making you a little more popular as well.
