It was a very well-organized one-day trip to the Aktau Mountains and Singing Dunes. The itinerary was well planned, with a visit to the Aktau Mountains first, followed by lunch and then the Singing Dunes. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the trip was a great way to experience the landscapes of the region in one day. Be prepared for some hiking, especially at the Aktau Mountains and the Singing Dunes, so comfortable shoes and a good level of fitness are recommended. The only thing I would improve is the communication regarding the pick-up time and schedule. We also ended up getting back to our hotel around midnight, which was much later than expected. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Overall, it was a great and memorable trip, and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys nature, adventure, and beautiful landscapes. I also would like to thank our guide Ayau, for entertaining us with her jokes and knowledge of history. As well as taking photos for us. She made the trip memorable.

Had a very fun experience doing this tour. Saw many sceneries and everything was timed quite nicely. Pickup and drop off was smooth. Our guide Didi kept our spirits quite high and took the time to talk to each of us. You can tell she is passionate in what she does. Highly reccommend if you have strong knees and good stamina!

Great full day tour and wonderful guides

It was a great experience overall. The scenery across all locations is breathtaking and well worth the full-day travel. ​Our guide, Saida, was exceptional. She was extremely kind, helpful, and answered all of our questions throughout the journey. She managed the daily itinerary very efficiently, keeping everything running smoothly. Although it is a long day of travel, the tour is structured very well. It included two to three shorter hikes, which allowed us to stretch our legs and actively explore the landscapes rather than just sitting in the vehicle. ​While all the stops are impressive, seeing Charyn Canyon—especially around sunset—was a true highlight of the trip. ​If you are staying in Almaty and want to see the region's best natural sights in a single day, this organized tour is a great choice.

First of all, we would like to thank our tour guide, Ayau. He was a caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable young friend. However, there are some details you need to know about the event. Firstly, the tour started quite late due to the large size of the group. Considering the high tourist density, our first stop on the tour was Charyn Canyon. The hike here took a very long time, and on the way back, since no vehicle came to take us back to the starting point, we had to walk uphill in quite hot weather. The driver was sleep-deprived and annoyed by the delay, and we were constantly rushed in the remaining sections. I don't think there's a better tour, but you shouldn't set your expectations too high.

This one day trip was truly extraordinary! From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized and ran smoothly. The organization was excellent, and the value for money was honestly outstanding. Our tour guide (Didi ❤️) was absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and always making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. You could really feel the passion and positive energy throughout the entire trip. But what made it even more special was the amazing vibe. Everything felt relaxed, enjoyable, and well-balanced, and the atmosphere made the whole experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a well-organized experience with great value, an exceptional guide, and fantastic energy. Definitely one of the best trips I’ve had!

This is my 2nd tour with Kazakhstan very nice and the experience has been extremely positive. The views and people were great! The tour was well organised with a comfortable air conditioned vehicle and pickup and drops organised by the operators from my stay. Special shoutout for our Guide Saida and our co - guide Amina. They were really professional and co-operative, shared interesting information at every place we went, and were just very fun people to talk to in general! They made this trip especially more fun.
