Excellent meet and greet with good driver On time. No waiting for me and held sign to easily see my name would recommend them

The driver was very patient waiting for me when my flight was delayed. If driver spoke a little more English, it would have been even better. The organizer texted often so I doNot get lost finding him once I arrive at the Kolkata airport.

I was very happy with Laxman. He checked my flight schedule and was there when I came out of customs. He had contacted my via whatsapp. He was there 90 minutes before I booked him. He carried my bags and the cars air-conditioning was very welcome after an overnight flight. He insisted on also getting my heavy bag out of the boot. I was grateful

I was so pleased to find my driver waiting an hour and a half before I booked him. He checked the flight schedule and clearly knew I would be through customs alot quicker than expected. After an overnight flight it was very welcome. The air-conditioning was welcomed. He insisted on carrying my heavy bag which I appreciated. All together I was very pleased.

I am a professional chauffeur in London so I have an expert knowledge of airport transfers. Due to my complete lack understanding I paid far too much from kolkatta airport to India museum. I paid £2000 rupees when a local taxi is £800 rupees. The driver got lost several times and had to phone the office for directions. He didn’t look like the drivers picture I was sent. He needs to get sat nav! Sorry but I can’t recommend him or his company as he’s too expensive and complete lack of knowledge of directions.

He was prompt, polite and professional. He was also easy to communicate with, and patiently waited while got our luggage and money changed

Initially received an aggressive exchange of messages and phonecalls via WhatsApp from an unknown individual, who we later worked out was the car company. We were in transit at my the time and had intermittent phone reception. After a 24 hour trip, we arrived at the pickup point an hour late as we were held up with long queues at immigration and had trouble finding our driver. We had expected he would be holding a sign with our names. Again, we had difficulty contacting the driver due to poor phone reception and due to the language barrier. To our relief, a man at the taxi rank helped us find our driver. The driver was unfriendly and seemed irritated at our lateness and the early hour of the day (circumstances out of our control). We were under the impression he wanted us to pay him more for this inconvenience. The car has no seatbelts (which I understand is standard for many cars in Kolkata) but not when we were expecting more from a pre-booked private car service. After a about 5 minutes, the driver pulled over to the side of the road, in the middle of no-where. We felt vulnerable here as we didn't know if we were about to be held up or something. The driver left the car and relieved himself on the side of the road. When we arrived at the hotel, we hurried inside as to avoid any extra costs claimed by the driver to be dealt with by the security staff of the hotel. We would have felt safer, more comfortable and had better communication with an uber.
