Professional driver but not really a tour guide that gave a memorable experience , had to ask the drivers name, wasn’t offered water to drink. I made it to Kingston and back

We sincerely apologize that you were not offered water during your trip. While we sometimes wait for guests to express their preferences, we understand now that this may come across as inattentive. Additionally, our driver mentioned that you initially chose to sit toward the back of the vehicle, which we completely respect as some of our guests prefer a more private or reserved experience. He also shared that he invited you to sit closer and offered a tour of both Spanish Town and Kingston. We’re sorry to hear this did not meet your expectations. Regarding the guiding aspect of your tour, we appreciate your perspective. While our drivers are trained professionals and often provide local insight, we understand that you were expecting a more guided and engaging experience. It’s also important to communicate with your driver, as that helps set the tone for a more personalized and enjoyable trip.
