This August, we began an unforgettable 7-day Lemosho Route adventure with Habari Adventures. Seven days on Kilimanjaro brought breathtaking views, meaningful challenges, and unforgettable memories. We booked direct through Habari after lots of research and reading other reviews and chose the 8-day Lemosho Route. We had a fantastic experience. Throughout the whole trip, the team went above and beyond for us and could not do enough to answer our questions, support us whilst hiking and ensure we were happy and healthy. We slept comfortably on hired beds (cots) and were fed plenty! Their work ethic is second-to-none. It is also great to know they are a local company. We would definitely recommend!

Taking on the Lemosho Route with Habari Adventures was an experience that went far beyond expectations. Excellent experience for the Lemosho route. We had Innocent and Johnson as our two guide who with the broader team made myself and my friend feel so welcomed. It's all the small thoughtful details that make Habari truly special. We also appreciated the level of care given when we had some challenging days leading up to our summit. Habari adventure has been great from start with answering emails to making sure I was comfortable with everything beforehand. When I arrived everything was sorted with being picked up from the airport as well as the hotell. Super smooth as well with the guide coming to the hotell and checking you’re gear to make sure everything is good (they did not try to make me rent stuff I didn’t need to earn more money). They were very transparent with everything! During the climb I went with the amazing guides Evance and Deo who have a lot of experience and they made the whole trip amazing! They were super professional while still being very fun! We shared a lot of laughs during the 8 days! Our chef Mr. Thomas was also amazing, it was as if he knew exactly what food we wanted. He even made us pizza on the mountain! The porters were always laughing and smiling and making everything feel super relaxed and easy, they were helpful with everything from the start to the finish and always willing to go above and beyond to make your trip amazing! Thanks to habari the whole group made it to top! I would recommend habari team for everyone that is thinking about climbing Kilimanjaro!

We chose Habari based on a recommendation from a friend and are so glad we did. Everyone was so helpful and friendly we were treated like royalty and could not have got to the top without them. Our guides were amazing (Evance and Deo) they were so chatty and friendly and gave great advice, helping to motivate us all the way to the top - and were fantastic DJ’s and Dancers. They helped our whole group make it to the top. The 8 day route is definitely recommended for acclimatising. The food was incredible did not expect to get pizza up a mountain! The porters work so hard and are so happy and encouraging. Booking with Stan was easy and he made the trip fit around the dates and requests we had. If you are considering climbing kili definitely choose Habari, a local company that makes a big difference.

I went for a 8 days Lemosho route with Habari. Everything was arranged so smoothly from enquiry by email to the end of the trip. Stan replied my email very quickly and clearly. The ladies in office helped me a lot with my questions and rentals. I can stand in tent and have my own private portable toilet. I did the hike with my guide Abdi, cook Peter and the other 6 crew members. Everyone is nice and helpful. Food is good and such a big portion. It's a shame that I couldn't eat much on the high altitudes. I did the hike solo, my guide is a good company and friend throughout the hike. I feel like he believed in me more than I believed in myself. It's nice to hike solo with my own pace and it did help me acclimatise. I had no headache at all, only low appetite when it's over 4000m and very tiny bit of nausea once in a while but recovered very soon. Most importantly, yes Habari may be more expensive than other company but I like Habari which make sure their staff are paid fairly and uses the money locally. Highly recommend Habari adventures to you!!
