My group showed up for the tour and was essentially ghosted by our tour guide/ company. After walking around the area for nearly 30 minutes looking for the tour guide, asking local businesses in the area about it, and calling various numbers we finally reached the company who informed us the tour guide was never told they were scheduled for a tour. Even though it was never confirmed on their end we were never contacted ahead of time either which was a disappointment and huge frustration. Going forward I would just book with a company in the area who is clearly established.
