Just got back from this tour. Was a great day with easy travel. This option has a bus with ~20 people as opposed to the large tour busses, allowing admission to the Kerry Cliffs for a closeup view of the Skellig Islands that other tours don’t have access to (€5 cash needed for entry). Darren was a fantastic guide sharing a lot about the history of the area while avoiding sheep on the road. Plenty of stops for photos, bathrooms, lunch and snacks. Would recommend for anyone looking to do the Ring from Killarney. We opted to pay for priority seating (an additional charge when checking in) and found that to be worth it for additional conversation with Darren as well as views out the front window.

The trip was amazing. The bus was smaller which was great. They took us to all the right places with spectacular views. The driver navigated the narrow roads with no problem. And our guide Sheila was so fun and experienced - she even sang for us. 10/10
The tour blends a scenic drive with some historical insight about the area and Ireland. It’s a packed day with frequent stops. The Kerry Cliffs are amazing. We had an hour to explore, which is enough time for most. It’s about a 10 minute uphill walk from the parking area to the cliffs for most people. There are 5 viewing areas to give you various perspectives. I wouldn’t spend more than a five minutes at each one, or you’ll risk running out of time, especially if you need a restroom break as well. Most of the other stops along the way are short hop-offs to take a few photos and take in the scenery. If doing this on your own, you could certainly take more time, but then be prepared for a 10+ hour day driving. Being on a tour like this and not worrying about driving the narrow roads, is well worth it. Our driver (Sean) was great, as was our tour guide (Sheila).

Fantastic experience! Great tour on a minibus with just 26 people so we were able to go to more locations than a big bus (thanks to our great driver, Sean!) Sheila was an outstanding tour guide, sharing history and current information with humor. The tour company even helped us reserve a place to park downtown for the day. The stops were excellent, including the filling lunch at the pub (where Deron’s had reserved seats to ensure we had time to eat and relax.) highly recommend Deros tours!

Wonderful tour and a great way to fit in a lot of beautiful County Kerry scenery in one day! Our tour guide, Darren, shared many interesting facts and information about County Kerry, both present and historical. I've done this tour before with a different company and learned a lot of new information. The Kerry Cliffs and Ring of Kerry are breathtaking.
