We booked this trip so we could see the Kerry cliffs, which many tour companies skip for various reasons. They were a highlight but the entire tour was great- well worth it- there were a lot of stops so you didn’t feel like you were missing anything from self driving and you wouldn’t see anything if you did drive yourself since it’s a challenging road. The Bog Village was a very good stop to help frame the experience. Darren was our guide and driver- exceptional at both roles- fantastic depth of knowledge on the area, history, etc…and we especially enjoyed the detailed explanation of the local- county- sports structure- highly recommend this tour and this company.
Our guide Darren was very professional and knowledgeable throughout our tour. We enjoyed the Ring of Kerry and the Skellig Ring. Even with inclement weather for part of the trip there were other options. I recommend this tour.
Our guide, Darren, was wonderful narrating the entire trip with history and fun Irish folklore. The bus was small so we were able to go places on the Ring of Kerry that larger buses are not allowed.
Our guide Darren is very knowledgeable and a great driver along some hard to navigate roadways. The Cliffs of Kerry are spectacular to look at. Make sure you have €5 cash to go to the Cliffs. You stop at several spots to take pictures and have lunch. Great tour would highly recommend.
Fabulous, informative tour of the Ring of Kerry, Skellig Ring, and Kerry Cliffs. Darren was a great driver and guide, full of interesting local and historical knowledge and a dry sense of humor. It was lovely to get off the beaten path and get to the relatively uncrowded Kerry Cliffs which, even on a cloudy day, were stunning. I highly recommend this experience for a fun, beautiful and relaxing day in a comfortable, smaller coach!
Outstanding full day out, comfortable minibus plenty of stops in places of interest. Guide & driver Darren gave an extensive informative commentary while traveling the ring of kerry and cliffs which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend Deros tours I had an amazing day out
Darren, our guide, was very good in taking us around. Occasionally, we had some difficulty understanding, possibly due to unfamiliarity of the terminology and accent, but the narrative was very good. Overall, it was an excellent tour. I recommend it.
Darren was very knowledgeable. Though he shared he didn't grow up in the area, he was well informed, happy to answer questions, and kept the tour on time. He provided a great deal of history and also insight into current times in the area. In addition, as a driver he operated the coach in a safe manner on wet roads and was very patient with tourists who didn't follow the stated guidelines. He also made a great effort to get us the best views possible away from other groups and despite the rain, clouds, and fog. Would definitely tour with this small family owned company again.
Darren was amazing. We loved him giving si much information as he took us through the ring of Kerry and Kerry Cliffs. The Kerry Cliffs were definitely a highlight. If you are touring, make sure this is included and highly recommend Darren as a guide and driver.
Excellent excursion. The cliffs and landscape were absolutely stunning. Darren, our guide, was also excellent. He made sure we were all comfortable and informed. He went out of his way to accommodate everyone….especially when it began to rain heavily.
