サウナ、スクラブ＆オイルマッサージ付きケメルトルコ風呂体験

Initially I thought that I have booked another Hamam based on some customer’s reviews and photos, but at the end we were driven to Musahan. Turkish bath experience here was really good! Sauna was hot enough and steam room as well. A little bit smelly but the guy add some menthol and then the air was much better. After that we had perfect scrubbing and foam massages, girls working in hamam room were excellent with strong arms. While waiting for oil massage we were offered tea/water and had face mask. You can also swim in outdoor pool with cascaded water. Face mask and oil massage both were amazing! Communication was nice and you were not pushed buying some extra massages. Of course we were asked to but after refusal the massage continues as good as before. Although one woman from our group told that after refusal for some extra services the massage was just symbolic. If to compare with some other hamams in Kemer, in Musahan you can stay in each room as long as you like and nobody is calling you out for the next step. I really appreciate such a concept. So, overall we were more than satisfied and can recommend Turkish bath experience and Musahan Hamam&Spa.

The space is very beautiful, the services are good except for the massage; after 2 minutes, they tell you that you have a back problem, and to resolve it, you need a half-hour medical massage for 30 euros. Aside from this issue, the services are very good.

It was a lovely relaxing experience. We did get the upsale when we had the massage. The masseur got a lady in to explain he had found a health issue. I wondered what was wrong! Thought he'd found something serious. I was told another thirty minutes working on the issue would sort me out. It was a shame they didn't speak very good English as we felt we were being given orders.

Very good hammam massage and relaxation, I recommend you. The massages are done by the real Balinese Super 👍

Very professional great value for money my kids enjoyed as well , Turkish bath followed by face mask /tea then a massage , my wife paid extra and upgraded her massage for 45 euros as her back was hurting and the boys had a swim while we waited . Great experience

We were very well received on arrival by Nuri, who then entrusted us to his colleague I no longer have the name sorry🙈😅 to explain the afternoon program! The staff in general very kind, respectful and caring what we love for this kind of service 🥰 the masseuse was amazing sweetness so I fell asleep from the fairy fingers 🧚 really 1000 thanks to her. And to the reception lady who ensures our well-being from start to finish. A purely professional team is a pleasure ☺️. An institute that I would of course recommend with my eyes closed! Thanks again.

Changing experience. It was assembly line work. We were picked up in a bus with several guests and ended up at Musahan Hamam. There we had to wait in the reception room first. There was, fortunately very briefly a chat about what we could buy extra. Then we were allowed to change and went to the steam sauna first. There we sat like pegs in a barrel, it smelled and the floor was dirty. Then into the regular sauna. That one was okay. When we came out we could shower and we were put back in the steam sauna, I think close wait. Then we were allowed to sit in the, beautifully landscaped, garden. The daughters had a swim. After quite a while it was time for the Hammam/ scrub. The girls were shocked, because there were only men. That was annoying for them. The Hammam itself was okay. Then we were allowed to sit on a sun lounger, got a mask, water or tea and wait again. After the mask, which we had to take off ourselves, wait a while and then the massage. One of the girls was massaged by a woman but finished after only 5 minutes, the other a man and that took a little longer. I myself got a man and, as you often read, halfway through a serious speaking man came to tell me that my neck was very stiff and I actually needed a special massage. Well no so, fortunately he stopped quickly, but was a waste of the massage. Then look back was ready and we could get dressed again and then wait for the bus again. It was all in all not an ideal experience and had not booked it afterwards, feels like it was taken advantage of unwisely. Besides, my back and neck hurts now, and before the visit it does not.

I had a great experience. Easy booking, hotel pick up and drop off were good and on time. Spa staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Venue was clean and well organized.

Great trip from start to finish put on by Eric. Return transfer and good service inside of spa. Just wish to have more time spent inside spa facilities
