アクララは1940年代にスリランカで石灰石の主要な産地であった。 石灰石の採掘は何十年もの間村人の主要な職業であり、それらの窪みは何十年も放置され、マングローブに覆われた貯水池となっている。 ここは希少種の鳥類、ミズオオトカゲ、コウモリなど、膨大な範囲の野生生物の生息地となっている。 緑がかったマングローブの中をカヤックで穏やかな海を走りながら、静かな雰囲気を楽しめます。 カヤックで走る列車の真下に滞在する機会があります。 静けさ、楽しさ、ちょっとした冒険が加わって、スリランカで最高のカヤック体験ができるイベントです。

Very unique experience. Beautiful landscapes and we saw some wildlife like giant bats and all sorts of birds.

Had the best time kayaking, with the kindest Guides who were so helpful and so lovely! We made incredible memories. You have to come if you are here in the south. Yummy coconuts too!
