This was our second tour with them. The good: - They give you plenty of bananas to eat before or take with you on the tour, an energy bar halfway through, and water that you can refill whenever you need. We were lucky enough to see an incredible number of dolphins, which made the experience very special. The bad: - What I liked the least was that photos and videos cost extra (€15 per kayak). This isn't mentioned in the listing or before the activity and most tours include them. Had I known, I would have brought my own phone or GoPro. Even worse, they messaged me afterward saying they would send me everything, but they never did. - I understand why they chose to spend more time watching the dolphins instead of paddling all the way to the cave, but it meant the route felt incomplete. - The guide was friendly, but I was expecting more information about the wildlife, the surroundings and the dolphins themselves. Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the dolphins, but I think the company could improve the guided part of the tour, be more transparent about additional charges and the customer service could have been much better.

We had an amazing time on the kayak and snorkelling tour with Joachim and his team! I went with my 15-year-old son, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The whole tour was relaxed, well-organized, and had a really friendly atmosphere. Joachim and the team made everyone feel welcome while ensuring we had a great time on the water. The highlight was seeing several large turtles up close and even spotting a pod of dolphins, which made the trip truly unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun, memorable, and enjoyable experience. Thanks again to Joachim and the team for a fantastic day!

We had a fantastic time kayaking! Everything was very well organized, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was seeing dolphins and sea turtles in their natural habitat – truly unforgettable! The scenery was beautiful, and the whole trip was a lot of fun for our family. To top it all off, when we returned, we were offered a refreshing drink and a delicious, super fresh banana picked straight from the tree. Such a lovely touch! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tenerife and looking for a fun and memorable adventure. We would definitely do it again! 🚣‍♂️🐬🐢🍌☀️

First time kayakers. Both relatively unfit mid 20s. Thought something to try while on holiday different to usual catamaran. If you’re fit and have experience with kayaks this is a good trip for you. We did see whales, never saw turtles but knew not guaranteed. About 4 hours start to finish, 3+ in the sea. About 10 mins of snorkelling. Snorkelling equipment very poor - bring your own or don’t bother, should’ve docked kayaks in shallow waters to make getting on without help easier. As we were with an experienced group we felt and saw unhappy faces that we slowed them down. Many times we were left behind by even the guide and felt if we fell in we’d not get noticed at all. Wear sun lotion before and don’t bring any items out with you except water. Go there in normal trainers so after it’s done you can change back into them. Wear water shoes. Changing facilities very poor at the venue.

5 Star trip from start to finish. Moses and the team are excellent. We saw dolphins and Sea turtles. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Tenerife give this trip a go, great value for money. The scenery was amazing and to be out in the beautiful blue ocean was truly amazing. Watching Moses retrieve my son’s phone from a depth of 15m was truly remarkable and he will be forever grateful. Thanks again Moses. Chris & Jack

Me and my dad visited yesterday and saw turtles, dolphins and colourful fish. While i would say luck plays a role in finding said marine life our instructor Moses was amazing. Yesterday me and my dad capsized our kayak and my phone was not tied in and fell 50 feet underwater. Moses managed to free dive down under the rocks to get my phone 1st try. I couldn’t recommend this place enough as the staff and experience were both amazing. The kayaking was easy as a first time kayaker and requires little physical strength. All i would say is to wear sun cream as you don’t notice it until you’re back how burnt you are. Thank you so much Moses.👍

It was a fantastic experience, and our guide Danial explained everything wonderfully, was patient, and thanks to him, we were able to see dolphins and turtles. We would do it again anytime :)) Highly recommend. An adventurous and fun experience for the whole family.

100% recommendable experience. The activity is very cool and interesting, the guide is not in a hurry, they go at the pace of the others in the group while being attentive to everyone. The staff is very attentive, they have no problem making changes to reservations if any issues arise. Additionally, they explain some facts and take photos of everyone. I recommend it

What a magical day! We saw dolphins doing flips in front of our kayaks and sea turtles bobbing in the distance. Our guide, Moses, was excellent! Full of interesting information and facts. Thank you so much and highly recommend
