KAUAI LUXURY 60 - ミニッツドアオフヘリコプターアドベンチャー

Great time. Pilot was a local and gave us lots of details about the sights and history of Kauai. The ground crew was friendly and all had a strong focus on safety. I have flown before but never with doors off. It was exciting and scary at the same time. I was strapped in tight, but being a small aircraft, there is a lot of movement and being in an edge seat at 4500 ft with no doors played with my mind. Loved checking the “Doors Off” experience off on my bucket list, but my next flight will be “Doors On”. Over all, the views and 60 min flight cannot compare with anything else. This will remain a high point of my trip.

The pilot was professional, friendly, and did a great job flying the helicopter. The flight itself was smooth and enjoyable, and I appreciated the opportunity to see Kauai from the air. My biggest disappointment was the seating arrangement. I was seated behind the pilot as the only passenger on the left side, and it felt like the majority of the tour was oriented toward the passengers on the right with the flight direction mainly going clockwise around Kauai. During many of the scenic passes, I had only a brief moment to see the major landmarks before they disappeared from view. For much of the flight, I found myself looking out over the ocean or outward terrain of Kauai while the best views seemed to be on the opposite side of the aircraft. I understand that every seat offers a different perspective, but I left feeling like I missed or only got a small glimpse on many of the iconic sights that I had paid to experience. If you’re booking this tour, I’d strongly recommend asking about preferred seat assignments beforehand (not guaranteed) or considering an option where everyone has a more equal opportunity to enjoy the scenery. I don’t mind paying a premium for an unforgettable experience, but when you’re spending about $400, it’s reasonable to expect that every passenger has a good view of the island’s highlights. Overall, the pilot earned five stars, but the seating experience significantly affected my enjoyment of the tour.

It was incredible! A bit scary at first and them I made myself realize I wasn't going to fall out! Chris was our pilot and headed sure both sides had equal viewing opportunities. The scenery was beyond phenomenal! We spent a full hour on the tour. They warned us to bring a light jacket before arriving so it made the trip comfy! This trip was one of the most memorable highlights of my life!

We had a great doors off helicopter ride with Cassie. She kept everything very level and zero motion sickness issues. We went last year and the pilot was a bit more adventuresome. Cassie is a ex Marine. We did the 60 minutes guided tour of the island. Sure it’s $400 or so a ticket but worth it. Many would call a by her list thing.

Great safe experience. Saw entire island. Little hard to hear the info, but Chrissy was a great pilot.

Without question, this was one of the most incredible experiences of my life! I chose the doors-off helicopter tour, and if you're even considering it, do it! Flying over Kauai with nothing between you and the breathtaking scenery is absolutely unforgettable. The waterfalls, the Nā Pali Coast, Waimea Canyon, and lush valleys are even more spectacular than the pictures. The entire Jack Harter team was professional, organized, and made me feel safe from the moment I arrived. The pilot was knowledgeable, engaging, and made sure everyone had an amazing view throughout the flight. I've traveled to many beautiful places, and this experience is at the very top of my list. It gave me a perspective of Kauai that simply isn't possible from the ground. If you're visiting Kauai and can only splurge on one excursion, make it this one. Every penny was worth it, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

One of the most amazing things we have ever done. Freddie greeted us and has boundless energy and excitement for Kauai and his job. Nick was a wonderful pilot and tour guide. This is a MUST DO!!! Great experience from booking, to arriving, personally placed in the helicopter and the views are BREATHTAKING. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience!
