This experience did not meet my expectations. It was swanky and bare, and I would appreciate a refund if possible. Generally, I do not ask for refunds, but I felt somewhat uneasy due to the communication challenges with the staff, who spoke limited English. They were promoting a wide range of treatments, from Botox to other injections, which was not what I anticipated from a typical tour. To me, a 'glow-up' implies enhancements to facial features, but I was only offered a consultation to discuss options for facial and body improvement. Additionally, some documents were in Korean, which made the process less clear. No English-speaking person was given to us; she knew we were having communication issues. They offer all these medical procedures, which no one from their team introduced as a physician. My husband is a physician and was wary of the procedure offered. This type of offer should not be part of Viator. Not a tour; it's a commercial presentation to spend money on beauty care.
