Loved it! Staff incredible from makeup artist, hair stylist and camera professional all super ! Such a fun experience
This was one of our favorite experiences in South Korea! Our host was so warm and easy to talk to that it was like being with a friend. Our color analysis was fun, and it was surprising how much difference the right colors make. At the skin care analysis we learned more about Korean skincare and how to care for our skin type. I appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase anything. Finally, we went shopping for cosmetics and skincare, and she helped us choose Korean products based on our recommendations from the two analyses. I felt way more comfortable shopping on my own later too, based on all the help we had. She went above and beyond and was so fun to spend time with.

We had so much fun. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who is interested in k-beauty. The meeting point is easy to get to by train. We then went and had our colors done including lists of recommended makeup products. Then our guide took us to a skin care brand so we could have our skin analyzed. Based on the skin analysis they gave us product recommendations. From there we were taken to other makeup / skincare stores including olive young. It was incredibly helpful to have a guide that spoke both English and Korean to help us navigate the stores. Our guide also gave us good recommendations for gimbap and Korean bbq restaurants. 10/10 experience.

Before going to this, I was nervous about not being able to speak Korean or how the experience would go. But it has been one of my most memorable times in Korea! I felt super supported and the energy was amazing. She was super helpful to me and helped me to feel comfortable the whole trip. She was also very easy to talk to and fun, like being with a friend. At the end and throughout the trip, she gave me recommendations of where to go in Seoul and other ways I can enjoy my time. Not only did she plan and smoothly execute a private trip tailored to my preferences, but even after the tour ended, she helped me book a local spa reservation. Throughout the tour, she took me to local establishments that only locals knew about, and kindly informed me about products that are only available for purchase in Korea, all at reasonable prices. This was a customized experience from beginning to end. Once I booked it, I received a message from Arya to determine if there was anything I wanted to focus on or skip. On the day of the experience, she greeted me with a beverage and took me to get my colours done, to assess my skin and skincare products, to browse some lifestyle stores, and to shop for cosmetics. Arya and her colleague, J, were so helpful, genuine, and sweet and were dedicated to catering to my interests and making the experience as enjoyable as possible. There was never a moment where I felt like they were rushing me or pressuring me. They provided me with exactly what was described for this beauty tour and really went above and beyond to make this a fun and memorable afternoon.
