Masyi was a perfect guide with a wealth of knowledge in fauna and flora. She had a lot of insight on the Island, its history and a keen eye for spotting animals which made the tour that much better. We got to see a range of wildlife and fruit growing along the journey. The local waterfall at the end was very relaxing after cycling with a range of local snacks to try (which looked amazing and tasted even better!). Some of the locals also gave us some mangosteen to eat which were delicious. Whilst cycling on the main road JungleWalla staff tailed us to ensure our safety, and provided us with mineral water so we were well hydrated. The bikes were in perfect condition, road and off road safe with helmets. I highly recommend the tour to explore langkawi and learn about its history and nature.
This was my 2nd tour with JungleWalla. The bikes were comfortable and the guides made sure I was happy with the bikes and knew how to ride. It was a relatively easy ride (I'm 65 and not a regular cyclist). It was great to enjoy a quieter and a more rural and traditional area of the island away from Cenang. The guides shared a lot of knowledge about the local culture and flora and fauna. Lovely snacks were provided and water. The waterfall at the end of the ride was wonderful. A great way to explore a different side of Langkawi. I would like to thank the 3 guides Ain, Ayra and Marsyi. They were professional, caring, and well informed . They obviously enjoy their job. Thank you for an enjoyable trip. :-)
We had a lovely morning ride through the Langkawi countryside. It was so quiet everywhere. It was particularly nice to ride through small villages and through the padis. There is a short hill at the end of the ride but the bonus is you finish at some waterfalls that have lovely, cool water. Highly recommend Junglewella and this ride for a different view of the island.
Nice bike ride along the rice fields and lots of information received from the guide Maysi. It is advisable to do this in the morning because of the heat but fortunately the tour ends at the waterfalls where you can take a refreshing dip.
Guided tour by bike through the rice fields and countryside. We have seen a lot and learned about the history of Langkawi through practical examples. All our questions were answered nicely and charmingly by our expert guide Rodhiah (Rodhi).
This was the best tour of our whole time in Malaysia. Our guide Rodhi was absolutely incredible. Her knowledge was brilliant and she told us things we would never have discovered. This tour is great, you see the sights and culture and learn about the geology and biodiversity of the island. Eye opening and a joy to stand in the moment and hear all about your surroundings. We saw all sorts, local housing, monitor lizards, mudskippers, kingfishers, poisonous plants, useful plays, waterfalls and so much more. The cycling isn’t strenuous and you are on quiet roads. The local sweets treats at the end were a great way to end the adventure! Thank you Rodhi for such a great trip!

If you are looking for a tour that delivers actual value and insight, this is the one. The Countryside Biking Tour is excellent, but the guide, Masyi, is what makes it worth the time. She is exceptional. She possesses extensive knowledge of Langkawi’s ecosystem, including specific details on the local animals and plant life. She didn't just recite a script. She actually taught us about the surroundings. From a logistical standpoint, Masyi was professional and practical. She immediately assessed the cycling skill level of our group and adjusted the pace accordingly. She was helpful with questions and, most importantly, she practiced excellent safety protocols throughout the ride. I highly recommend this tour. Specifically, ensure you book Masyi if you want a competent guide who prioritizes safety and education.
