The jet ski was great. The location was not. The beach is a tiny strip of sand by a club in the middle of a shipyard. It was very industrial. However, it was easy to leave the inlet and jet ski around the bay. Our only issue was with transportation, our ride was on a doorless UTV that took about 45-60 to pick us up and drop us off at the cruise port. We weren't sure if anybody was going to show up after waiting that long. Pick up at the fountain where taxis park outside the cruise port. Very convenient. However, we didn't know who we were looking for and waited a long time. 10 minute UTV ride to the club. The guys with the jet skis were nice and had life jackets for us. We had plenty of time to jet ski. The jet ski was big, comfortable for two people, and was very fast. We saw some fish and a turtle in the water. After returning the jet ski, we waited at the bar for a ride back. It took nearly an hour for another driver so we bought drinks while we waited. Drop off was back at the cruise port entrance so that was also convenient to avoid a long walk.

Do NOT book this. Very unprofessional, something was passed around in small baggies as a stranger pulled up beside us in the beach buggy like they knew the driver and the passenger AND a stranger to us jumped on the back and hitched a ride off of the buggy. Also, we were passed to 2 different people on a small piece of the beach where it didnt look like we were supposed to be there. The guide showed me a few movements and then guided us out in the middle of the ocean following him far ahead and creating waves we weren't prepared for (first jet ski experience). Completely freaked out my son and made us all uncomfortable. The guide also took pics of us we never received and the driver told me he would send them to me and never did. Will never book with them again!

I strongly recommend taking a screenshot of the selections you make during the booking process for this activity to avoid any confusion. On two separate occasions for the Jet Ski and ATV tour, I arrived at the scheduled activity with the same hosts, only to be informed that their records indicated one vehicle had been reserved for two adults. However, I booked one vehicle for each adult. The gentleman who dropped us off after the Jet Ski activity was the same individual who later picked us up for our ATV activity at 12:30 PM, but you're saying you're not the same company or are not affiliated? Unfortunately, we experienced a delay of over 30 minutes for the pickup. The Jet Ski activity was initially scheduled for one hour, beginning at 10:00 AM; however, we were not picked up until after 10:30 AM, which included the time to reach the Jet Ski location. I find it rather concerning that, following this 30-minute delay, a discrepancy with the booking suddenly arose. The solution proposed or racket was to say our records show you only booked one Jet Ski, then provide us two Jet Skis, shortening the Jet Ski activity by 30 minutes, effectively compensating for the lost time. Moreover, had you adhered to the scheduled hour-long activity as booked, all of your subsequent bookings for the day would have been delayed by 30 minutes or more. Furthermore, the actual location of the activity did not align with what was depicted in the promotional materials. Instead of a scenic and picturesque setting, the tour took place in a small marina that fell short of the advertised views. While the activity itself was enjoyable, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to issues with booking accuracy, timing, and the actual location of the tour.

Their was no beach. It was in a construction area the jet ski was very old one of the workers was very rude the area was in closed. If I had scene the location before I book i would have never book their was metal in the water 🪨 rocks every where it looked like abandoned construction site the restroom was unfit to be used in will be calling you about a refund or travel credit you can see it called in the day of the booking for your assistance ps God is good and all is well . My booking was wrong I called in for two jet ski and only got 1 I kept asking the lady is this the price for two jet ski and she said yes I got their and it was only 1 had too split up the time couldn't let my nephew get the full experience of riding one

Overpriced. Very restricted speed. In a lagoon, not open water. Friendly staff and great driver and clean car. But the actual jetski experience was thumbs down. Wish I would have waited until we got there to do the ones by the fish fry.

Fire experience good instructors good drivers! Everything was great would def recommend !!! Coming back to do it again

Andre was amazing! Such a genuine guy, he took such good care of my family the whole day and prioritized our comfort and safety without question. His company deserves more recognition!!!

Our tour guide Ben was prompt, a phenomenal person, a good vibe, full of energy, knowledgeable about the culture and kept involved. He took us to do Jet Ski’s great time! I suggest doing this excursion a day or so after your ATV tour! Both are fun

We used them for our transfers to Atlantis Resort and back to our ship. They were very good even called to let us know our driver would be in a different location because of the rain. I would use them again
