Even though we were unable to take part the host was lovely and very polite and friendly he explained the issue and put our safety first.
The staff were very helpful and accommodated us well. We had our own jet ski that was easy to drive over choppy waves and had an instructor who we followed for the tour.

Mara is an exceptional and very kind guide. She speaks French and took care of the transport to the activity and back to the hotel.

Nós solicitámos uma mudança de horário, pois no horário inicialmente marcado pelo senhor já não havia disponibilidade. As opções eram alterar o horário ou recusar a sua reserva, e o senhor aceitou a mudança. No entanto, quando o carro chegou ao local de pick-up, o senhor recusou realizar a excursão e solicitou novamente a alteração do dia e do horário. Essa situação impossibilitou-nos de agendar outro cliente, além de já termos deslocado a carrinha para realizar o transfer. Dado que Vossa Excelência tinha o nosso contacto, poderia facilmente ter-nos informado com antecedência sobre o atraso ou a intenção de alterar a reserva para outro dia, o que não aconteceu. Informámos também, por telefone, que o seu pagamento foi realizado através de uma plataforma externa. Sendo o senhor cliente dessa plataforma, deverá entrar em contacto diretamente com a mesma, uma vez que apenas ela tem competência para efetuar o reembolso, e não a Atlantic Star. Tendo em conta a rapidez com que nos contactou para solicitar o reembolso e a celeridade com que publicou uma avaliação, consideramos que, com o mesmo empenho, poderia ter-nos informado previamente da sua indisponibilidade. Posto isto, não aceitamos que seja colocada em causa a nossa honestidade nem o nosso profissionalismo.

Unfortunately, not up to expectations, my girlfriend and I booked the 60-minute tour that included Kite beach and Ponta Preta, which we did not do because the guide left us in a point to go freely where we wanted, only after asking him to do a tour accompanied by him we could only see Ponta Preta. The ride was extremely slow, the jet ski was really very ruined, a mirror was missing, it was all scratched with dry and cracked paint and the object holder was broken, unacceptable given the cost. Staff not too nice, did not speak Italian, contrary to what the reservation said. Judging by the other reviews, I therefore wonder if we were really very unlucky. I AM SO SORRY.
althe reviews are important for us to improve. In your case that we can not take to much for us, as tour review just have a goal, get some money from us... In the end of the excursion everything was ok and you and your partner were all smiles, after you go out from here... partial refound. First the briefing was done in italian, my staff even ask you if want english or italian, the jet ski, its true they have scratches but they work perfectly and you do not have any issue with them during the 1 hour excursion, the tour is the way the guide think is better for you, yesterday was big waves in ponta preta and kite beach, thats way he protect you in the bay of sta maria. in the end is just one of the people taking advantages of the tourism, the goal is just get some money from the provider or i make a bad review, not with us Pietro. next time talk to us in the end of the tour and show that you are not ok with something its more honest than hide behind reviews...
it was great, the sea was a bit rough it was cool 👍🏻 the staff is very welcoming, the hotel pickup is a good idea
