The driver never showed up and no notification of cancellation was given in advance. Check other options instead
We contacted you in advance to cancel and have already issued a refund. We discussed this over the phone and reached an agreement, didn’t we? I don’t understand why you’re posting this here.
It was a wonderful experience! Our driver speaks very well english and he had lot of knowledge about the cars. Highly recommend this even if you are travelling solo.

This truly wonderful and unforgettable experience comes highly recommended to anyone visiting Tokyo. The drive was smooth overall, and we got to admire many beautiful cars. Haruki was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire trip both relaxing and exciting. It's clear he loves his job and is an excellent driver. It was the perfect way to end our trip to Japan.
