Seeing the cars on the parking lot was ok ..... some really nice cars and some not so great. I have been to several car meet ups at home and usually everyone wants their car to shine..... not so much here. Some people had some dirty cars and filthy tires. Ugh! The facility tour was disappointing.... it was mostly mini vans on display and one sports car. I personally would not attend this again and did not feel it was worth the money. The staff was really friendly.

Very disappointed with this company. We booked the 5:30 PM Daikoku PA tour and planned our entire day around that scheduled departure. We traveled from Akihabara to the meeting point—over an hour away by train, with our hotel in Shinjuku—only to discover while en route that the meeting time had been changed to 5:00 PM. We received no notification of this schedule change through the booking platform or any communication channel we had been told to monitor. When we contacted the organizer, we were told that a WhatsApp message had been sent. However, we do not use WhatsApp, and at no point during the booking process were we informed that important updates would be communicated exclusively through that app. As a result of this lack of communication, we missed the tour despite making every effort to arrive on time for the departure time we had booked. When we explained the situation and requested a refund, we were simply told that one could not be provided. Changing a tour time by 30 minutes without ensuring customers are properly notified is unacceptable, especially when the tour requires significant travel to reach the meeting point. The complete refusal to offer any refund or accommodation only added to the disappointment. I hope the company improves its communication practices and customer service so future customers don’t experience the same issue.
We regret that you were unable to participate this time and that the outcome did not meet your expectations. However, as there are some discrepancies between the content of your review and the actual sequence of events, we would like to clarify the facts. First, regarding the 5:00 PM meeting time, we did not unilaterally change the meeting time from 5:30 PM. Instead, we contacted you to request that you arrive at 5:00 PM if possible, in order to ensure the tour ran more smoothly on the day of the event. In fact, we did not depart even after 5:00 PM and waited at the location until the original meeting time of 5:30 PM had passed. However, when you contacted us, you indicated that you were scheduled to arrive at Akihabara Station at 5:37 PM. Since the official meeting point for the tour is not Akihabara Station—and it takes at least another 30 minutes to travel from there to the meeting point—you would have arrived significantly late even if we had used the original 5:30 PM meeting time as the benchmark. Since this tour is operated with other guests, we cannot keep the other guests who arrived on time waiting for an extended period. We had informed the customer in advance that if they were significantly late for the meeting time, the reservation would be treated as a cancellation and no refund would be issued. Furthermore, we attempted to contact the customer not only via WhatsApp but through multiple channels, including the tour booking site, but were unable to reach them until the day of the tour. Therefore, we believe that your claim that “you were unable to participate because the meeting time was unilaterally changed without notification” does not reflect the actual circumstances. Our desire for our guests to enjoy their tours remains unchanged. We take your feedback seriously and will further strengthen our methods for communicating meeting times and confirming reservations through multiple channels to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. Interesting activities especially if you are car enthusiast. We visited daikoku parking lot as well as the Nissan headquarter and Nissan museum as well during the trip.

Fantastic tour! We left earlier due to the expectation that it would be quite crowded at Daikoku PA, which gave us the chance to see all the cars arriving. The stop at Nissan HQ was also very entertaining and informative.

This is the best way to get to the Daikoku parking lot as there is no pedestrian access. We had a look at the Nissan show room then went to the parking lot. We spent 2 hrs there and wasn’t disappointed with the amount of cars. If you plan on doing it go during the week as the police tend to shut it down Friday and Saturday

Great tour and experience with Takuya. Even my wife enjoyed it and she is not into cars. Takuya and his co workers were very friendly and showed us a few big brand factories around Yokohama before heading to Daikoku PA. I will be booking with him again when i’m back in Japan. I highly recommend him.

Great tour, and Takuya is a very friendly guide who is very easy to talk to. The parking area was sunny when we went with many nice cars to get photos of. The Nismo and Nissan showrooms are also great to see.

My best friend and I went in February, and had such a good time. It was one of our favorite parts of the trip! I’ve been to Japan so many times and lived there for several months in 2016 but I had never been to the JDM Daikoku Parking lot. It’s in Yokohama so if you’ve never been to Yokohama before, i’d recommend to just spend the day there exploring. We went on a week night and there was a lot of people and cars. The weather was perfect!!! Not a single rain drop that night. We saw several McLarens, we didn’t expect that so it was pretty dope! I’ve attached several photos. What made this tour even better, was our guide Takuya. He was prompt and already there before pick up time. He made us feel so comfortable and at ease, and is so knowledgeable. He was pointing out places with car history on the way there. After Daikoku parking lot, he took us to the Nissan Museum and that was fun! We had a good time in the museum. Thank you Takuya!
