My husband and I were picked up from the Jaipur airport and taken to our hotel by driver Shiv. He was kind, patient, and welcoming. After a long journey from USA, having a pre booked transfer is a must. Leading up to the trip Neelam confirmed details with me on WhatsApp. He was quick to answer my questions. I highly recommend this service.
Excellent Service Very positive experience with the car pickup service. The driver was punctual, polite, professional, and very helpful. The car was clean and comfortable, and the whole pickup was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!
Very nice and friendly driver. Excelent service
Were very punctual, excellent coordination, the car was flawless and in very good condition, very safe, highly recommend
Quick and easy transfer service from the airport to my hotel. The company communicated via whatsapp and tracked my flight so that the driver was ready to go as soon as I landed. Would recommend this company.
A very fuss free experience, they even contacted me to verify my mobile number as I'd made an error at time of booking. Contacted me via WhatsApp when we landed to let us know a driver was waiting. Driver was waiting directly at the arrivals area with a sign, was very helpful with baggage. Also helped with transferring us to the hotel'# tuk tuk I'd definitely book again.
Everything went great. The driver was on time, spoke English, communicated well, helped with luggage and even went above and beyond and helped with organizing errands the next day. Thank you!
Very efficient service, Good communication on WhatsApp! The process and instructions were very detailed and left no room for guessing. Our driver was waiting outside the assigned terminal with a name sign. I can recommend
The jaipur airport pick-up service was outstanding. The driver was waiting on time at the designated spot with clear signage, making the process very smooth after a flight. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was courteous and helpful with luggage. A reliable and professional service I would happily use again.
The driver never turned up. Gave some lame excuse later. We had to take an Uber after a long wait at the airport.
As explained earlier in our messages, the airport pickup was unintentionally missed from our side. If you check our profile, we are rated 5 stars across all 20 reviews. We always strive to deliver the best service, but as humans, occasional mistakes can happen — and this was one such rare instance. This was an unexpected situation and the first time we have ever faced such a delay. We immediately processed your refund, and I personally stayed in continuous contact with you until you safely reached your hotel. Warm regards, Neelam Founder India Saying Namaste Trips
