Very fun experience and the tour guides were very nice. I would recommend it to anyone. I will book again with this company when we come back to Costa Rica.

Rainy day in the rapids
Amazing experience with our guide Orlando!

Best Part of Our Trip
This was my group and I’s favorite excursion out of our whole trip. The guides were friendly funny kind amazing people. They made the experience so much fun. They provided transportation directly from our Airbnb and had food before and after rafting. The rafting was so much fun and paying for photos was soo worth it! The rapids were not too intense as it was my first time rafting. We loved every minute and we definitely would do it again!

Class II - III rafting
We had an absolute blast on this trip! Our guide Samuel made sure everyone in the raft had a great time and ensured the safety of the participants as well. The sights were amazing as well.

we went on the savegre river
Had a lot of fun. Appreciate guide David and driver Mario, we ate breakfast and lunch, but we had to pay for dessert and there was a friendly guy from Canada who pay for dessert.

Thank you for sharing the fun! We are glad David and Mario took good care of you on the Savegre River Rafting trip. It is great to hear the breakfast and lunch kept you fueled up. That is such a nice story about the friendly Canadian buying dessert | sometimes the people you meet on the tour are just as memorable as the rapids! Thanks for paddling with us. Thank you for the high recommendation! We are so glad you had a great time on the Savegre River Rafting Class II-III from Jaco. This is arguably the best river for families | providing just enough splash to be exciting without being overwhelming. We are really happy to hear our guides took such good care of your crew. Paddling builds a serious appetite | so we are glad the breakfast and lunch hit the spot. Thanks for joining us!

Great first time
We were a group of six. Two adults, two teenagers and two 12-year-olds. They said the river was a 3+ on that day. For us being beginners, that was a perfect intensity. Just the right thrill. No one fell out ever although once it felt like almost which added to the thrill. In another boat, a 14-year-old girl fell out quickly, and was pulled back in within seconds. Our captain was an absolute expert. He gave us very clear commands and maneuvered us through every rapid in a fun way. The smaller kids could take turns sitting in front of the boat, which they really enjoyed. The two rescue kayakers were also absolute professionals and took great pictures and videos of us. Breakfast and lunch was provided and was fine.

Thank you for bringing the whole crew! We are so glad the Savegre River Rafting Class II-III from Jaco hit that sweet spot of "thrilling but safe" for your family. It sounds like you had perfect water levels for a first-time run. We are especially happy to hear you felt confident in your captain's expertise. Our guides and safety kayakers train hard for exactly those moments (like the quick rescue you saw nearby) so guests can just focus on the fun without worrying. We love that the younger kids got to ride in the front | that is definitely the best seat in the house for a splash! Thanks for trusting us with your adventure. Pura Vida, The Tucanes Tours Team
