Check closely for pickup area. They put it on there but can be difficult to find. I had a hard time.

Accurate site description and friendly staff who privided good instructions and set us on our way. Had a great time with a buggy and an ATV. Went around the island with ease visiting the sites we wanted to.

We paid $150 to rent a scooter online. We received no communication other than through tripadvisor. When we arrived the company decided "we were not capable of riding a scooter" and would only allow us to rent if we paid $200 nonrefundable insurance. We asked if we could get our money back for the scooter rental and was told "no". They said we could try and do it through our credit card but that they would deny it. Our only "option" was to pay $150 MORE to ride an ATV. After talking with locals on the island they informed us that scooters and ATV rentals are NEVER that high and that we were scammed. We also had to stand and wait and then finally taken to an offsite location to pick up the ATV so we wasted over an hour for this whole fiasco. We were only told we were incapable of riding the scooter so that they could scam more money out of us. I do not recommend this company. Beware!

Great customer service, easy process to get my scooter, scooter was in great condition and fun to ride

GREAT TIME! The rental process was super smooth and LaFayette was so helpful in giving us advice. It is completely worth the rental price to be able to go out on your own and independently explore Nassau! We would (will) totally do it again in the future!

We got a six seats buggy and it was really good experience, the person recommended us all places to go

We literally were able to go everywhere! Our drop off was so smooth and Ms. Jeanette was the sweetest. Even thought it’s self-guided, she gave us her number and made sure we were good the entire time. We would see her in passing, and although at this time she’s pregnant, she offered to help my 74 y/o mom with her bags. We would occasionally run into her and she’d make sure we were doing ok. I 100000% recommend. It was so fun. My 11 y/o thoroughly enjoyed it.

They were great to work with, we had 5 hours of freedom to go wherever, & it’s cost effective! We arrived on the Norwegian Gem. We received communications about where to meet right outside the port. The ATV sat 8 people. We drove from one end of the island to the other. Rum cake factory, Junkanoo Beach, BahaMar, Paradise Island/atlantis, the Queens staircase, umbrella rd/chocolate factory… it was nice to go to the places we wanted to go, spend as much or as little time, and skip the ones we didn’t care about. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Last minute trip to the Bahamas in December for 4 days and we got the best deal here at J&L!!!! My family and I rented the 4 passenger ATV. Very safe, easy, reliable and quick with no hassle. They even included a map for us to tour the island. Very very good people, Thank you so much for having us! I will recommend this rental to everyone! Also would like to do a personal shout out to Lafayette for his professionalism and kindness to my family! Happy holidays from Charleston, South Carolina!! One love!!!

We hired an ATV for 5hrs, it was dropped off at our hotel and we were off. Great experience would highly recommend to see everything that the island has to offer based on your own preferences. Collection again from the hotel. Seamless process would definitely recommend this company!
