The agency that runs the tour is EXCELLENT, very attentive, the service is very, very good, the food is very delicious, the activities are super good for my children. The only and very bad experience was with Viator as an intermediary, they did not give the correct instructions since the tour says it is for ages 6 to 90 and when we arrived they said that only children 11 years and older can enter the Marietas Islands, they also did not tell me that you have to pay 1,000 more per person to enter the hidden beach.

From the purchase, the experience was very quick and simple. During the tour, all the members of the operator gave us a straightforward explanation of what the tour would be like. We scheduled for Marietas + Playa del Amor, and it was excellent; they provided us with breakfast, snacks, and lunch, as well as an open bar. I do not drink alcohol, but the bartender was super nice and prepared non-alcoholic drinks for me :) We had a day with high tide, and I must mention: you need to be in good physical condition to do this tour. I had never swum in open water, and although I managed to do it (and felt happy for doing so), it is very tiring! When we went to Playa del Amor, the tide almost did not allow us to pass. To enter, we had to swim under the entrance, and we became very nervous.... The staff on the boat was INCREDIBLE and helped us cross both ways. We could not be more grateful. Later, we went to Palo Verde; you can kayak, and they play music on the boat, making the trip very enjoyable. It was my birthday, and everyone was very kind; they sang 'Las Mañanitas' to me, and I had a great time. I definitely recommend it a hundred percent, considering that my whole body hurts after swimming in the sea. I forgot to mention that the boat provides snorkeling gear. There are many things you can add for an extra price; I decided not to get any, and I still had an excellent time.

The boat ride was very nice and the scenery spectacular.. The staff of the boat gives it a very good vibe.. We had time to snorkel and see a lot of marine life, plus enjoy the sea and beaches. The tour includes alcohol released..A recommended tour!!

You’ll need to be a strong swimmer to get to hidden beach. It was worth the effort and swimming through the cave was cool.

Come to Puerto vallarta and not go to know the tummed islands and the hidden island, it does not make sense. the hidden island is paid apart 50 dollars. open bar and acceptable food. greetings

When we got there, they didn’t have our booking on record. They didn’t know where it came from, it was not an easy check in. What you don’t say on this is that the price you post only covers your ticket on a boat for 8 hours and breakfast/lunch. They charge for every different thing you describe in this offer. If you want to snorkel, actually see anything up close, or go to the hidden beach it’s another $100. I wouldn’t recommend this excursion to anyone.

fulfilled what we expected from this tour, visiting very nice beaches, the hidden island we wanted to go but there was no availability, we must abyss in advance, we did not know.

The worst experience me and my wife have ever had It's a total scam I spent $500 for both of us to go on a old boat ride have bad food bad drinks and spend literally 15 minutes inside the hidden Beach not only that it was a 10-hour excursion from hell everybody we talk to on the boat said the same thing It would never go back again I do not recommend this for anybody FYI they will charge you an extra $60 each to go to the hidden Beach for 15 minutes that they do not let you know about beforehand
