西表のアドベンチャー： ピナイサラ滝カヌー＆トレッキングツアー

We absolutely loved this tour! The guide Hiro met us at the ferry terminal at 9AM with another group and drove all of us to the base of the mountain He provided us with the necessary equipment which includes hiking boots and a waterproof bag The hike is moderate level, we were definitely tired at the end but encountered elder people and children doing the same hike, just at a slower pace It was initially quite steep for about 20 minutes but the path is very safe and Hiro gave us very clear instructions at every step We also got to do some canoeing including through the mangroves The view at the too is absolutely beautiful and we ended the hike with a swim at the bottom of a waterfall - it was absolutely worth it Our guide Hiro was absolutely amazing, he was always happy and dynamic, taught us about the wildlife and Japanese culture He took so many pictures of us including candid photos, that we will keep as great memories He even made us a delicious lunch! Would absolutely recommend this tour.

The trip was very beautiful, we started with a short drive to the national park area, then we canoued along the mangroves and trekked to the the top of the waterfall, Hiro-san cooked a delicious meal and we went to the bottom of the waterfalls to have a dip and canoued back. The scenery througout was wonderful. He was very knowledgable about the nature and we had great conversations. Pick up and drop off worked well. Thank you!

We had the best time today! Even with heavy rain, Hiro made sure we got the most out of our time in Iriomote. He was a local, and very knowledgeable of the wildlife and pointed out so much along the way. We didn't go up to the top of the waterfall because of the rain, so instead he took us to a different one elsewhere and still cooked us ramen for lunch, which was delicious. Hiro's english was also great, and the whole way was full of relaxed conversation. The kayaking and hike were absolutely beautiful, and a must-do for anyone coming to Iriomote. Would highly recommend!

This is worth every penny. The guide fortunately took us from another location. The kayaking was stunning, around 30 minutes on a river not very crowded (since only 200 people per day are allowed to go to Pinaisara falls). The hike was good for occasional hikers and the views were so great! Lunch was supreme on top of the waterfall and also the hike back was great. Absolutely recommend this.

This was probably the best activity we had during our stay. Tour guide waa very kind and nice we had such a great time. The nature was breath taking and kanoying was so fun!

Tour had everything we wished for, kayaking/hiking and best views. Our guide Hiro-san is the best, he cooked us delicious meal and explained many things about jungle and Japan in general.

The trek and canoe through Iriomote National Park with Hiro was nothing short of amazing. We had not planned to do a tour but decided last minute to book one in and it ended up being one of our favourite days in the whole trip. Hiro was such a bubbly and knowledgeable guide. You can tell he really loves what he does - sharing about the nature of Iriomote with the new people he meets. He made us some amazing yaeyama noodles at the top of the mountain and took great photos of us during the whole day. I would 100% recommend this tour!

Our very knowledgeable, very child-friendly, and humorous guide safely led us along incredible jungle paths, through dried-up stream beds with partly steep climbs to a breathtaking view above the waterfall. Once at the top, he cooked us a delicious ramen soup and finally led us to the base of the waterfall so we could take a bath there. He told us a lot about the local plants and showed us special features and many animals.

It was a really great experience to dive into the jungle! Hiro as our guide was super nice and explained us a lot about Iriomote nature. We would definitely recommend a trip with him!
