そこからミッドレベルエスカレーターに乗ります。屋外屋根付きエスカレーターシステムとしては世界最長です。 ガイドがワンタン麺、点心、BBQ肉、伝統的なパン屋、チャチャアンテン（地元のカフェ）など、現地の定番料理を指南しながら、上を上っていくと、日常の食文化を紹介してくれます。
最後に、歴史的なマンモ寺院で旅の締めくくりとして、伝統的な儀式や地元の習慣について学びましょう。

Highly enjoyable and informative.Although I am familiar with Hong Kong culture and history, Ice Wong was able to give very good snippets of hongkong life especially sharing her personal experience. It was also great to learn some insider knowledge of some of the sights. Overall the walk was great and ably lead by Ice. Thanks
