Every time I visit the Gold Coast, whether with friends, family or on my own, I always make time for Infinity. It’s such a fun, immersive and unique attraction, filled with colourful lights, clever illusions and interactive mazes that keep you entertained from start to finish. Every visit feels a little different, and it’s always guaranteed to be a fun experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something a bit different on the Gold Coast!

Was such an amazing experience! I expected it to be good but it exceeded all expectations, so fun, creative and trippy I don’t know how they do it !!! If you are on the Gold Coast you MUST visit infinity! I wish I could do it again and again and again ⭐️⭐️ honestly has been my favourite thing I’ve done this year. 100000000/10 THANK YOU INFINITY that was awesome !!!🤩🤩🤩🤩
Wow!! That was seriously so much fun! Went through with a group of friends on a Saturday night and we loved it. The line moved super quick and we didn’t catch up to anyone inside. We wanted to stay in there forever. The staff were really nice and helpful with leaving all our bags. Everyone who comes to the gc should definitely try it out !!
Visited Infinity over the weekend with a few friends, we weren’t too sure what to expect but this exceeded our expectations and we had the best time!! I can’t wait to come back again
A fun walkthrough with a variety of illusions, mazes and effects that you can venture through at your own pace. Recommend doing this during evening/night with friends or significant other.

Fun, but over pretty quickly, and most of the rooms are a bit samey (mirror and lights with loud noises).
Sometimes guests get a bit of an “Amazing Race” vibe and power through (we get it… it’s exciting to see what’s around the next corner!), but slowing it down can totally change the experience. ♾️ INFINITY is completely go-at-your-own-pace, so you can honestly spend as long as you like in each environment — you just can’t go backwards once you move on. :)
A mazing - I think you shood encourage people to stay longer in the different sections as they do feel uncomfortable as it is a unique experience. I probably rushed feeling good I had completed the maze. In hindsight I should have spent longer enjoying feeling uncomfortable
That “I did it!” feeling can definitely make people power through a little too quickly, especially when it’s such a unique and exciting experience — which is all part of the fun, right 😊 We’ll absolutely take your thoughts on board and look at reminding guests a little more that it’s not a race. Slowing down and sitting in each environment for a moment really can completely change the experience. ♾️
Unsafe and Traumatic Experience Our visit to Infinity was extremely distressing and unsafe. What was advertised as a laser sensory experience unexpectedly included a terrifying “house of horrors” element, with no prior warning. In a moment of panic, we found no visible emergency exits. We used an intercom labeled “In a panic, press button”, expecting assistance, but the directions given only led us further inside. This resulted in my extremely distressed daughter desperately banging on doors, begging to be let out. Staff were aware of our distress but offered no help. This experience was misleading and unsafe. There were no proper emergency exits, no clear warnings about what to expect, and no staff intervention when needed. I strongly urge Infinity to address these serious safety concerns before someone else has to endure the same ordeal.

INFINITY is a multi-sensory, maze-style experience featuring low lighting, mirrors, sound effects and immersive environments. We provide extensive warnings and information prior to entry so guests can make an informed decision. This includes clear signage at the time of ticket purchase, detailed sensory and age guidance on our website, verbal advisories from our INFINITY crew before entry, and a pre-entry safety video outlining what to expect. We also clearly recommend a minimum age and provide specific sensory warnings. INFINITY is not a “house of horrors,” and there are no horror actors or scare elements. However, the environments are intentionally immersive and can feel intense for some guests. Emergency exits are integrated throughout the attraction, and the intercom system allows guests to contact staff at any time for assistance. Our team are trained to assist guests should they need to exit early. We regret that the experience was not what you expected, and we will review your feedback internally.
