I had such an amazing time during the Knife Experience with Ash and Mariz. The whole experience was engaging, informative, and memorable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable even for beginners. Ash and Mariz made the experience even more enjoyable with their friendliness, patience, and passion. I learned a lot while also having fun, and it felt more personal than just a typical activity. Highly recommended for anyone interested in Japanese craftsmanship, learning something new, or simply creating a unique memory. Mariz and Ash were amazing. We learned a lot about sharpening knives and the history of knives in Japan. It was a lot of fun and they were very funny. Highly recommend!
