Duke was the tour guide, very informative and interesting as well as the unusual foodstvto try in Tokyo. Thanks was an interesting dinner.

Duke the tour is so great! We went and tried the different type of japanese cusines in Tokyo. In between he described us the history of modern Japan. He gave us great tips on where to visit in our remaining time in Japan and where to revisit. Fully suitable for english speakers!

For the adventurous eaters out there, this tour is well worth the booking! We started off with several servings of fugu (sashimi, fried, and with the tail in a cup of sake) in a local bar that no tourist would normally find. From there, we then visited another local restaurant featuring cuisines from the Kyushu region. Here, we sampled different cuts of horse meat and a few other dishes. Our tour guide provided good local knowledge of the area and advised us on how to sample all of the food. We were given plenty of food, ordered our own drinks, and enjoyed the company of our local guide. Highly recommended!

The extremely charming local guide Koji led us through the evening with enthusiasm, humor, and impressive knowledge. In two charming izakayas, we savored a variety of delicious dishes and immersed ourselves in authentic Japanese after-work life. The fugu, accompanied by exquisite side dishes, was particularly unforgettable – a true culinary experience. We were also thrilled by the three variations of fish roe, as well as the tender horse sashimi and other gastronomic highlights. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening that we highly recommend to everyone!

This was a really cool tour with some great food! For those who want to try things like fugu and horse sashimi, this is definitely your tour. But it's also great for less adventurous palates too! Our guide, Koji, did a great job of accommodating the tastes of everyone on the tour and made sure that everyone walked away full and happy. The tour was worth every penny and is a great way to spend an evening in Tokyo!

Our guide Duke took us to some great places to eat that would have been hard for someone who is not a local to find. His English was great as well and my kids found him entertaining as well. We had a variety of foods and he also gave some history regarding the area we were in as well of different types of Japanese cuisine.

Shun-san was incredible! We got to eat horse sashimi, beef organs/intestines, fugu blow fish, and deep fried angler fish! Def a must try if you want to try and bunch of new things!

Shun-San was great! He took us to try amazing food, especially foods I've never had before!! Sashimi, hot pot, and fried food! No spoilers but all the food was incredibly unique!!

Kitamura-san was a great tour guide! The pufferfish and horse meat were fantastic. She was very nice and guided us through the menu and was able to help us answer our questions. She also guided us a little bit around the Ginza district and showed the best spots to eat and shop. Thank you!
